รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สํานักงานปลัดกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ดําเนินโครงการจัดหาบริการระบบคลาวด์ (Cloud Computing) เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่และยกระดับการให้บริการข้อมูลแก่ผู้ประกอบการและประชาชน ตามนโยบาย Cloud First Policy ของรัฐบาล โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) การสร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัลของกระทรวงให้พร้อมใช้ร่วมกันอย่างคุ้มค่าและเข้าถึงได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง 2) การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลระหว่างหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้สามารถค้นหาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ 3) การลดความซ้ำซ้อนของงบประมาณด้านไอซีทีภายในกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการให้บริการเช่าระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายเสมือน (Cloud Server) ที่มีทรัพยากรขั้นต่ํา ได้แก่ หน่วยประมวลผลกลาง (vCPU) รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 500 core, หน่วยความจําหลัก (RAM) รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 1,600 GB, และพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลชนิด SSD รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 100 TB รวมถึงระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล (RDBMS) และซอฟต์แวร์ลิขสิทธิ์ที่จําเป็น นอกจากนี้ ระบบจะต้องเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตภายในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศได้ด้วยความเร็วที่กําหนด พร้อมด้วยระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยขั้นสูง เช่น ระบบป้องกันไวรัสระดับ Next-Gen, การจัดเก็บ Log ตามกฎหมาย, และการสํารองข้อมูลรายวัน
ผู้ให้บริการจะต้องจัดส่งรายงานการใช้งานทรัพยากร (Utilization Report) เป็นรายเดือน และต้องมีระบบแจ้งเตือน (Notification/Alert) แก่ผู้ใช้บริการผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Industry, is procuring cloud computing services to support its operational tasks and enhance data services for entrepreneurs and the public, in line with the government’s Cloud First Policy. The project has three main objectives: 1) To establish a shared, cost-effective digital infrastructure for the ministry that is accessible 24/7; 2) To manage data between related departments for efficient search and analysis; and 3) To reduce redundancy in ICT budgets across the Ministry of Industry.
The core scope of work is the provision of Virtual Machine (Cloud Server) rental services with minimum resource specifications, including a total of at least 500 vCPU cores, 1,600 GB of RAM, and 100 TB of SSD storage. The service must also include a relational database management system (RDBMS), licensed software, and high-speed domestic and international internet connectivity. Advanced security features are mandatory, such as next-generation antivirus protection, legal-compliant log retention, and daily data backups.
The service provider is required to deliver monthly resource utilization reports and maintain an effective notification/alert system for users via multiple channels.
