รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างเหมาบริการบุคคลภายนอก (Outsource) จำนวน 5 อัตรา เพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้านดิจิทัลและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับจากวันลงนามสัญญา โดยให้ปฏิบัติงาน ณ ฝ่ายบริหารข้อมูลและสนับสนุนดิจิทัล อาคารศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ปณท
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการกำหนดค่าการใช้งานและปรับปรุงอัตราค่าบริการระบบงานต่างๆ การทดสอบระบบร่วมกับผู้ใช้งานและการจัดทำคู่มือ การสนับสนุนผู้ใช้เพื่อการสืบค้นข้อมูล การจัดทำข้อมูลสถิติเพื่อการวิเคราะห์และการบริหาร การดูแลและสนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคของระบบงาน และการปรับปรุง/แก้ไขข้อมูลตามคำร้องขอ
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดหาบุคลากรที่มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ ได้แก่ วุฒิปริญญาตรีด้านที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทักษะ SQL, Java Script, Oracle พื้นฐาน และความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ รวมถึงต้องจัดหาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ (Notebook) สำหรับบุคลากรใช้ในการทำงาน และรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดในการบริหารบุคลากร โดยต้องจ่ายค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำ 20,000 บาท/คน/เดือน
การชำระเงินจะจ่ายเป็นรายเดือนหลังจากส่งมอบรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน และมีบทปรับกรณีปฏิบัติงานล่าช้า โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 3,160,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว)
Thailand Post Co., Ltd. is inviting bids for outsourcing digital and information technology services for 5 positions for a period of 1 year. The personnel will work at the Data Management and Digital Support Division, IT Center Building.
The scope of work includes setting application parameters and adjusting service rates for various systems, conducting user testing and creating manuals, supporting users in data retrieval, preparing statistical data for analysis and management, providing technical support and troubleshooting for systems, and updating/correcting data as requested.
The contractor is responsible for recruiting qualified personnel with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, basic skills in SQL, Java Script, and Oracle, and English proficiency. The contractor must also provide notebook computers for the personnel and bear all personnel management costs, including a minimum salary of 20,000 THB per person per month.
Payments will be made monthly upon submission of the operational summary report, with penalties for delays. The project has a total budget of 3,160,000 THB (including VAT).
