มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง โดยสถาบันคอมพิวเตอร์ มีความประสงค์ประกวดราคาจ้างบำรุงรักษาครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อสนับสนุนระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านระบบออนไลน์และการจัดทำไฟล์คำบรรยายย้อนหลัง โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์และงานจัดทำไฟล์คำบรรยายทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และต่อเนื่อง ผ่านการบำรุงรักษาตามมาตรฐาน
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาครุภัณฑ์จำนวน 4 รายการ ได้แก่ 1) เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายสำหรับเวอร์ชวลไลเซชั่น 2) หน่วยจัดเก็บข้อมูลแบบภายนอก (Storage) 3) อุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูลวิดีโอ (Network Attached Storage) และ 4) อุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่ายสำหรับงาน Content Delivery โดยต้องเป็นผู้ให้บริการที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นทางการ
ระยะเวลาดำเนินสัญญาทั้งหมด 548 วัน แบ่งการส่งมอบงานและรายงานการบำรุงรักษาออกเป็น 6 งวดรายไตรมาส เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2569 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2570 การจ่ายค่าจ้างจะทำตามงวดงานที่ตรวจรับแล้ว โดยงวดที่ 1-5 จ่ายงวดละ 16% และงวดสุดท้ายจ่าย 20% ของวงเงินค่าจ้างทั้งหมด ราคากลางของงานจ้างคือ 3,243,098.67 บาท และการพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุดเป็นเกณฑ์หลัก
Ramkhamhaeng University is announcing an electronic bidding (e-bidding) for a maintenance service contract for computer equipment to support the online learning system and the creation of lecture recording files. The project aims to ensure the computer systems for online teaching and lecture recording operate correctly, efficiently, and continuously through standard maintenance.
The scope of work includes the maintenance of 4 equipment items: 1) Virtualization server hosts, 2) External storage units, 3) Video storage for teaching (Network Attached Storage), and 4) Network equipment for Content Delivery. The service provider must be an officially appointed dealer or distributor of the manufacturer in Thailand.
The total contract duration is 548 days, with work delivery and maintenance reports divided into 6 quarterly periods, starting from April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027. Payment will be made upon acceptance of each period, with periods 1-5 paying 16% each and the final period paying 20% of the total contract value. The estimated budget is 3,243,098.67 Baht, and the selection of the winner will primarily be based on the lowest price criterion.
