องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์เปิดการประกวดราคาโครงการจัดทำหนังสือรายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำปี พ.ศ. 2568 เพื่อเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์ผลการปฏิบัติงานในการบริการสาธารณะให้แก่ประชาชนและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โครงการมุ่งนำเสนอผลสำเร็จในด้านต่างๆ เช่น การพัฒนาด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน การศึกษา ศาสนา วัฒนธรรม การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ การเกษตร การท่องเที่ยว การอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม และการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบการจัดทำหนังสือรายงานผลการดำเนินงานคุณภาพสูงจำนวน 3,500 เล่ม ตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่ระบุอย่างเคร่งครัด งานหลักประกอบด้วยการออกแบบรูปเล่ม การรวบรวมและเรียบเรียงเนื้อหา การถ่ายภาพบุคคลและโครงการอย่างมืออาชีพ การสัมภาษณ์และการเก็บข้อมูล การจัดวางภาพและข้อความ (Layout) ให้สวยงาม และการจัดพิมพ์ด้วยกระดาษและคุณภาพที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งจัดส่งไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์และซองพลาสติกสำหรับจัดส่งส่วนหนึ่งของหนังสือด้วย
โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,500,000 บาท และกำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Phetchabun Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) is inviting bids for a project to produce and publish an annual performance report for the fiscal year 2025. The project aims to publicize and disseminate the organization’s operational results and public service achievements to the public and relevant agencies. The report will highlight accomplishments in various areas including infrastructure development, education, religion, culture, economic development, agriculture, tourism, environmental conservation, and governance.
The contractor is responsible for producing 3,500 high-quality report books according to strict technical specifications. Key tasks include book design, content compilation and editing, professional photography of personnel and projects, conducting interviews and data collection, creating an aesthetically pleasing layout, and printing with specified paper quality and techniques. The contractor must also deliver an electronic file and 1,500 plastic envelopes for distribution.
The project has a budget of 1,500,000 THB and a completion period of 90 days from the contract signing date.
