โครงการนครฯ มหาสงกรานต์ เป็นโครงการจัดงานเทศกาลสงกรานต์เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช โดยองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชเป็นผู้ว่าจ้าง ด้วยงบประมาณ 3,000,000 บาท วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อกระตุ้นและดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยว ประชาสัมพันธ์วัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น และเพิ่มช่องทางการกระจายรายได้ให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการออกแบบ แผนงาน และการดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 ถึง 14 เมษายน 2569 ณ สนามกีฬาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช (ชาติตระการโกศล) งานหลักประกอบด้วย: การออกแบบแนวคิดและรูปแบบ (Concept & Theme) การจัดงาน, การจัดเวทีกลาง (Main Stage) พร้อมระบบแสงสีเสียงและจอ LED Full Color, การแสดงโดยศิลปินและวงดนตรีที่มีชื่อเสียง, การสร้างอุโมงค์น้ำและพื้นที่เล่นน้ำปลอดภัยสำหรับเด็ก (Kids Safe Water Play Zone), การจัดลาน Street Food และพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์, การประดับตกแต่งสถานที่ รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการด้านความปลอดภัย การจราจร การรักษาความสะอาด และการประชาสัมพันธ์งานผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์และอินฟลูเอนเซอร์
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ต้องติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อมใช้งานภายในวันที่ 9 เมษายน 2569 ดำเนินงานตลอดระยะเวลาจัดงาน ส่งมอบรายงานสรุปผลพร้อมไฟล์ข้อมูลภายใน 5 วันหลังงานสิ้นสุด และรื้อถอนอุปกรณ์ภายใน 7 วันหลังงานสิ้นสุด
The Nakhon Songkran Festival Project is a contract for event organization services to promote cultural tourism in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Administrative Organization is the contracting authority with a budget of 3,000,000 THB. The main objectives are to stimulate and attract tourists, promote local culture, and increase income distribution channels for local residents.
The scope of work encompasses the design, planning, and execution of all festival activities from April 11 to 14, 2029, at the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Administrative Organization Stadium (Chattrakan Koson). Key components include: conceptual and thematic design, main stage setup with full sound, light, and LED screen systems, performances by famous artists and bands, a water tunnel and a safe water play zone for children (Kids Safe Water Play Zone), a Street Food zone and creative space, venue decoration, as well as comprehensive management of security, traffic, sanitation, and event promotion through online channels and influencers.
The contractor is responsible for installing all equipment to be ready by April 9, 2029, operating throughout the event, submitting a summary report and data files within 5 days after the event ends, and dismantling all equipment within 7 days after the event concludes.
