การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) เปิดประมูลงานจัดทำเนื้อหารายงานความยั่งยืนประจำปี 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้รายงานมีคุณภาพ ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง เป็นที่ยอมรับตามมาตรฐานการรายงานสากล GRI Standards และสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) พร้อมทั้งได้รับรับรอง Content Index และ SDG Mapping จาก GRI Report Services โดยตรง
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมกระบวนการทั้งหมด เริ่มจากการนำเสนอแนวทางและกระบวนการจัดทำรายงาน จัดทำรายการข้อมูล (Data Index) ตามมาตรฐาน GRI และ SDGs ดำเนินการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานเจ้าของข้อมูล (Data Owner) ภายในองค์กร พร้อมประสานงานและสร้างความเข้าใจ จัดทำเนื้อหาต้นฉบับรายงานทั้งฉบับภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษที่ผ่านการพิสูจน์อักษรอย่างละเอียด จัดทำและยื่นขอการรับรอง Content Index และ SDG Mapping จาก GRI ในรูปแบบ Fast Track รวมถึงทบทวนและปรับปรุงเนื้อหาตามคำแนะนำของ GRI และจัดประชุมสรุปผลการดำเนินงานให้ผู้บริหาร
โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินงานทั้งสิ้น 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีงบประมาณ 3,000,000 บาท (รวม VAT) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดทำ Materiality Analysis, การจัดทำเนื้อหารายงานความยั่งยืน หรือการให้ความเชื่อมั่นรายงานตามมาตรฐาน GRI และ SDGs อย่างน้อย 1 โครงการภายใน 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา
The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) is inviting bids for the preparation of the content for its Sustainability Report for the year 2025 (B.E. 2568). The objective is to produce a high-quality, complete, and accurate report that is in compliance with the international GRI Standards and aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and to obtain official GRI Content Index and SDG Mapping certifications.
The scope of work encompasses the entire report preparation process. This includes proposing the methodology and work process, creating a Data Index according to GRI and SDG requirements, collecting data from internal Data Owners within PEA, coordinating and clarifying data collection procedures, drafting the full report content in both Thai and English with thorough proofreading, preparing and submitting applications for GRI Content Index and SDG Mapping certifications via the Fast Track service, reviewing and revising content based on GRI feedback, and conducting a final briefing session for executives.
The total project duration is 90 days from the contract signing date, with a budget of 3,000,000 THB (including VAT). Bidders must have relevant experience in conducting Materiality Analysis, preparing sustainability report content, or providing assurance for reports aligned with GRI Standards and SDGs, with at least 1 completed project within the past 3 years.
