The project for the procurement of a motorcycle driving detection system on sidewalks, Phase 2, aims to supply and install a modern technology system to assist municipal enforcement officers in effectively detecting and managing motorcycle driving on sidewalks. The system utilizes AI-driven video analytics. It is planned for deployment across 100 target locations.
The primary scope of work includes the supply and installation of a comprehensive set of hardware and software: 1) AI-powered video analytics software for detection and behavior analysis, 2) High-performance server computers for system management, equipped with GPU cards for AI processing, 3) SAN (Storage Area Network) storage devices with a capacity of no less than 125 TB for storing video footage and analysis results, 4) L2 Switch network equipment with 24 ports for signal distribution and internal system connectivity, and 5) Integration and connection of this new system with the existing operational workflow of the municipal enforcement officers for immediate and seamless use.
Deliverables include the complete set of specified hardware and software, along with installation, configuration, system testing, and integration with the municipal enforcement operational system until it is fully functional.
