รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดมีประกาศจ้างเหมาบริการสำหรับงานบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทั้งหมด ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และซอฟต์แวร์ของหน่วยงาน ทั้งในส่วนกลางและหน่วยราชการภายในทั่วประเทศ สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ ป้องกันความเสียหายที่กระทบต่อการปฏิบัติงาน พร้อมทั้งสามารถรับแจ้งและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็วทันท่วงที และจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีความสามารถมาสนับสนุนภารกิจ
ขอบเขตงานหลักของผู้รับจ้างครอบคลุมการจัดทำแผนงานต่างๆ เช่น แผนการทำงาน แผนบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน แผนสำรองฉุกเฉิน การจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด การจัดให้มีระบบงานรับแจ้งปัญหาผ่าน Web Browser การจัดระบบฐานข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ที่ครอบคลุมอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด การจัดให้มีระบบโทรศัพท์แบบ IVR สำหรับรับแจ้งปัญหา และการจัดให้มีระบบแสดงผลการ Monitoring อุปกรณ์เครือข่ายแบบ Real-time พร้อมติดตั้งจอภาพ Smart TV ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 50 นิ้ว ณ สถานที่ที่กำหนด
ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบดูแลระบบทั้งหมดให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างเต็มที่ รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ และให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยงานทั้งหมดต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 213 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Office of the Attorney General announces a service contract for the maintenance and repair of its entire IT system for the fiscal year 2025. This project aims to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of computer systems, network equipment, and software across its central office and nationwide branches. The goal is to prevent disruptions that could affect official duties, enable prompt reporting and resolution of issues, and provide capable personnel to support the agency’s mission.
The contractor’s primary responsibilities include developing various plans (e.g., work plan, preventive maintenance plan, emergency backup plan), hiring qualified personnel as specified, establishing a web-based issue reporting system, implementing a comprehensive IT asset database, setting up an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for problem reporting, and installing a real-time network equipment monitoring system with a display on a 50-inch or larger Smart TV at a designated location.
The contractor is responsible for ensuring the full operability of all systems, systematically collecting and analyzing problems, and providing expert consultation. The entire project must be completed within 213 days from the contract signing date.
