ประกวดราคาจ้างงานประกวดราคางานจ้างเหมาบุคคลภายนอก ปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับส่งหนังสือแจ้งเตือน (INvoice Notification System INSx) ประจำปี 2569

The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) is procuring a contractor or agent to perform duties under the Electricity Bill Notification System (Invoice Notification System: INSx) for the fiscal year 2025 in the service areas of the Si Khoraphum and Samrong Thap branches in Surin Province. The project aims to address the issue of delayed bill payments by residential and small business customers by replacing problematic postal mail notifications with direct, hand-delivered notifications at the customers’ premises.

The core scope of work for the contractor involves receiving daily lists of customers with overdue payments via an online system from the PEA, printing the notification forms, and delivering them to each customer at their electricity meter location within 3 days of receiving the data. The contractor must provide their own equipment, including Android smartphones and portable printers, and must photograph the delivery site with the notification (including GPS coordinates) as proof for payment claims.

The contract has a term of 1 year (ending December 31 of each year). The reference price for placing each notification is set at 8 THB per unit, both inside and outside municipal areas. The estimated total volume is 98,163 notifications, with a total budget of 840,275.28 THB (including VAT). The contractor must provide a performance security of 5% of the contract price and must strictly adhere to PEA’s dress code and conduct regulations.
