จังหวัดตราด โดยอุทยานแห่งชาติหมู่เกาะช้าง จัดโครงการจ้างเหมาจัดกิจกรรมกีฬาทางน้ำระดับนานาชาติ “หมู่เกาะช้างโอเชี่ยนเรซ” (Mu Koh Chang Ocean Race) ในเดือนเมษายน พ.ศ. 2569 โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อกระตุ้นการท่องเที่ยว สร้างรายได้ และส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์จังหวัดตราดให้เป็นจุดหมายปลายทางของการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาและเชิงนิเวศ (Ecotourism & Sport Tourism) โดยเน้นกิจกรรมที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม (Low Carbon)
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุม 4 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การประชาสัมพันธ์งานแข่งขันอย่างกว้างขวางผ่านสื่อต่างๆ รวมถึงการออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์ โปสเตอร์ เว็บไซต์ แฟนเพจ Facebook และการผลิตสกู๊ปข่าว 2) การจัดพิธีแถลงข่าวณ สถานที่แข่งขัน พร้อมเชิญบุคคลมีชื่อเสียงและสื่อมวลชน 3) การจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาพายเรือ (Paddle Sports) อย่างมืออาชีพ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมไม่น้อยกว่า 200 คน ในระยะทางต่างๆ พร้อมระบบจับเวลา (Chip Timing System) อุปกรณ์ความปลอดภัย ทีมแพทย์ รางวัล อาหาร และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบถ้วน 4) การรับสมัครนักกีฬา (สามารถเก็บค่าลงทะเบียนได้) และการจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานพร้อมคลิปวิดีโอ
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดเตรียมทุกอย่างให้การแข่งขันดำเนินไปด้วยความปลอดภัย สนุกสนาน และประสบความสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ
Trat Province, through Mu Koh Chang National Park, is organizing a project to hire a contractor for the “Mu Koh Chang Ocean Race” international water sports event in April 2026. The main objectives are to stimulate tourism, generate income, and promote Trat’s image as a destination for sports and ecotourism, emphasizing low-carbon activities.
The scope of work includes four main areas: 1) Extensive publicity for the race through various media, including logo design, posters, websites, Facebook fan pages, and news coverage production. 2) Organizing a press conference at the competition venue, inviting celebrities and media. 3) Professional management of paddle sports competitions with at least 200 participants across various distances, complete with a chip timing system, safety equipment, medical teams, awards, food, and full facilities. 4) Athlete registration (registration fees may be collected) and preparation of a final report with a summary video.
The contractor is responsible for ensuring the event is conducted safely, enjoyably, and successfully meets the project’s objectives.
