โครงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อซ่อมบํารุงอุปกรณ์ทัศนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Electro-Optics) และระบบพลังงานสําหรับหน่วยงานด้านความมั่นคง ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยสองส่วนใหญ่ ๆ ส่วนแรกคือการซ่อมแซมกล้องตรวจการณ์กลางคืนและกล้องตรวจจับความร้อน จํานวนรวม 34 หมายเลขงาน (หน่วย) จากหลายรุ่นและผู้ผลิต เช่น กล้องแบบตาเดียวรุ่น NVLS/NVLS EVO (9 หน่วย), ITT/AN/PVS-14 (2 หน่วย), AN/PVS-14 (2 หน่วย), N-VISION/PVS-14 (2 หน่วย), L-3/AN/PVS-18 (7 หน่วย) และกล้องตรวจจับรังสีความร้อน Opgal/SIIHB 75 (1 หน่วย) รวมถึงกล้องแบบสองตารุ่น LITTON/AN/PVS-7B (8 หน่วย) และ AN/PVS-7 (F5001) (1 หน่วย) การซ่อมจะครอบคลุมการเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนหลัก เช่น ระบบตัวกล้อง (Camera System), Image Intensifier, อุปกรณ์ติดตั้งบนหมวกนิรภัย (Helmet Mount Assembly) และอุปกรณ์ประกอบอื่น ๆ พร้อมชุดอุปกรณ์ไล่ความชื้นและทําความสะอาด
ส่วนที่สองคือการซ่อมระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าและสูบน้ําด้วยเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์แบบเคลื่อนที่ ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000 วัตต์ จํานวน 3 ระบบ ซึ่งครอบคลุมการตรวจสอบ ซ่อมบํารุง หรือเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ภายในระบบ เช่น Inverter Hybrid, แบตเตอรี่ Deep Cycle, ระบบควบคุมปั๊ม (Control Pump Hybrid) และงานเดินระบบสายไฟ การตั้งค่า และการทดสอบ รวมถึงค่าขนย้ายอุปกรณ์และค่าซ่อมติดตั้งนอกพื้นที่
งานทั้งหมดต้องดําเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จและส่งมอบภายในระยะเวลาที่กําหนด โดยมีงบประมาณรวมทั้งโครงการ 6,178,100 บาท
This procurement project aims to repair and maintain electro-optical equipment and power systems for security agencies. The main scope of work consists of two major parts. The first part is the repair of night vision devices and thermal cameras, totaling 34 individual units across various models and manufacturers. These include monocular devices such as NVLS/NVLS EVO (9 units), ITT/AN/PVS-14 (2 units), AN/PVS-14 (2 units), N-VISION/PVS-14 (2 units), L-3/AN/PVS-18 (7 units), and one Opgal/SIIHB 75 thermal imaging camera. It also includes binocular devices like LITTON/AN/PVS-7B (8 units) and one AN/PVS-7 (F5001). Repairs involve replacing key components such as the camera system, image intensifier tube, helmet mount assembly, and other accessories, along with dehumidifying and cleaning kits.
The second part is the repair of three mobile solar-powered electricity generation and water pumping systems, each with a capacity of not less than 1,000 watts. This work includes inspecting, repairing, or replacing system components like hybrid inverters, deep-cycle batteries, pump control modules, as well as wiring, setup, testing, and includes costs for equipment transportation and off-site repair installation.
All work must be completed and delivered within the specified timeframe, with a total project budget of 6,178,100 Baht.
