มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างงานเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความปลอดภัยเร่งด่วน ณ อาคารปฏิบัติการเทคโนโลยีเชิงสร้างสรรค์ (พื้นที่เทคนิคกรุงเทพ) เนื่องจากพบการชำรุดแตกร้าวของกระจก LAMINATED REFLECTIVE บางส่วนบนผนังอาคารซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดอันตรายได้
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงกระจกส่วนที่เสียหายให้กลับมาอยู่ในสภาพดี ป้องกันความเสี่ยงจากการร่วงหล่นของกระจก และฟื้นฟูสภาพการใช้งานของอาคารให้สมบูรณ์เรียบร้อย
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การตรวจสอบและสั่งผลิตกระจกใหม่ตามสเปคและสีที่ใกล้เคียงเดิม, การรื้อถอนกระจกเก่าที่ชำรุดทั้งหมด 22 ชุด จาก 4 ด้านของอาคาร, การติดตั้งกระจกใหม่พร้อมยางกันน้ำและซิลิโคนมาตรฐาน, การทดสอบการป้องกันน้ำรั่วซึมตามมาตรฐาน AAMA, และการกำจัดเศษวัสดุออกนอกพื้นที่โครงการ งานนี้จำเป็นต้องใช้กระเช้า (gondola) ในการทำงานซึ่งต้องได้รับรองความปลอดภัยโดยวิศวกรเครื่องกล และมีหัวหน้างานดูแลหน้างานอย่างใกล้ชิด
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดทำแผนงานและแบบติดตั้งส่งมอบภายใน 7 วันหลังเซ็นสัญญา และต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน พร้อมรับประกันงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี นับจากวันส่งมอบงาน
Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep seeks to hire a contractor for an urgent safety repair project at the Creative Technology Laboratory Building (Krungthep Technical Campus). The project involves the removal and replacement of damaged LAMINATED REFLECTIVE glass panels that have developed cracks, posing a potential hazard.
The main objectives are to repair the damaged glass to a good condition, prevent the risk of glass falling, and restore the building to full and orderly usability.
The core scope of work includes inspecting and ordering the production of new glass to match the original specifications and color, removing all 22 sets of damaged glass panels from the building’s four facades, installing new glass with waterproof gaskets and standard silicone sealant, conducting water leakage tests according to AAMA standards, and disposing of waste materials off-site. The work requires the use of a gondola, which must be certified safe by a mechanical engineer, and requires constant on-site supervision by a foreman.
The contractor must submit a work plan and installation drawings within 7 days of contract signing and complete all work within 120 days. A warranty of at least 2 years from the date of final delivery is required.
