รายละเอียดการจ้าง
มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีมีโครงการจัดจ้างพัฒนาระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์แบบครบวงจรภายใต้ชื่อ “RMUTT AI-Zania” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับนักศึกษา บุคลากร และผู้เกี่ยวข้องของมหาวิทยาลัยได้ใช้งาน AI ผ่านการสนทนาแบบธรรมชาติ พร้อมระบบบริหารจัดการที่ปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบ RMUTT AI-Zania ในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน (Web Application) ที่รองรับการแสดงผลภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ มีฟังก์ชันการสนทนากับ AI, จัดการประวัติบทสนทนา, แสดงสถานะโควตา Token และรองรับการล็อกอินผ่านระบบ SSO ของมหาวิทยาลัย (Microsoft Entra ID) 2) การพัฒนาระบบจัดการข้อมูลหลังบ้าน (Backend) สำหรับจัดการ AI Token โดยมีฟังก์ชันควบคุมโควต้ารายบุคคลและระดับองค์กร, ระบบ Rate Limiting, แดชบอร์ดแสดงสถิติแบบเรียลไทม์, ระบบแจ้งเตือนเมื่อใกล้ใช้โควตาครบ, และระบบส่งออกรายงาน 3) การจัดหาบริการ AI Token โดยจัดเตรียม API Key สำหรับเชื่อมต่อกับ AI Model ต่างๆ เช่น ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude เป็นต้น
ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบงานพร้อมรหัสต้นฉบับ (Source Code) และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาทั้งหมดให้แก่มหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมให้บริการดูแลระบบและการอบรมการใช้งานและการพัฒนาต่อยอดให้กับบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัย หลังการส่งมอบระบบ
Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) is procuring the development of a comprehensive artificial intelligence system named “RMUTT AI-Zania”. The project aims to create a platform for university students, staff, and stakeholders to interact with AI through natural language conversation, supported by a secure and efficient management system.
The scope of work includes three main components: 1) Analysis, design, and development of the RMUTT AI-Zania system as a Thai/English bilingual web application. It will feature an AI chat interface, conversation history management, token quota status display, and integration with the university’s SSO (Microsoft Entra ID). 2) Development of a backend management system for AI Token administration. This system will include functions for individual and organizational quota control, rate limiting, a real-time usage dashboard, quota alert notifications, and report export capabilities. 3) Provision of AI Token services, which involves supplying API keys to connect to various AI models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others.
The contractor is required to deliver the complete system along with all source code and intellectual property rights to the university. Post-delivery services include system maintenance and training for university personnel on both system usage and future development.
