ประกวดราคาจ้างดูแลงานศิลปกรรม ภายในอาคารผู้โดยสารและอาคารเทียบเครื่องบินรองหลังที่ ๑ (SAT-๑)

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) is seeking a contractor for a 3-year project to maintain, clean, and preserve artworks and decorative installations inside the passenger terminal and SAT-1 building at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). The contract period is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2029, or as notified by AOT.

The scope of work involves the meticulous maintenance, repair, and cleaning of all artworks listed in Appendix 1, strictly following the conservation standards in Appendix 2. Key responsibilities include routine cleaning, monthly condition inspections, and immediate restoration of any damaged pieces. The contractor must deploy qualified personnel in specified roles (minimum 39-58 staff in the first year and 19-29 in subsequent years) and provide specialized equipment such as at least 3 scissor lifts/personal lifts, scaffolding, and international standard personal protective equipment for high-altitude work.

Beyond cleaning, the contractor is responsible for repairing damaged artworks and maintaining/replacing lighting fixtures dedicated to the artworks. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours and rectified as directed by AOT.
