กรุงเทพมหานครมีโครงการจ้างบำรุงรักษาสายสัญญาณและอุปกรณ์จัดการเครือข่ายเพื่อให้ระบบเครือข่ายสื่อสารข้อมูลและโทรศัพท์ ซึ่งเชื่อมโยงระหว่างสำนัก สำนักงานเขต และโรงพยาบาลในสังกัด มีความพร้อมใช้งานสูงสุด มีประสิทธิภาพและเสถียรภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง วงเงินงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 20,527,780 บาท
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายจำนวนมากจากหลายโครงการ เช่น โครงการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายฯ ระยะที่ 5, โครงการปรับเปลี่ยนระบบเครือข่ายสื่อสารข้อมูล, ระบบควบคุมและตรวจสอบสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงระบบสารสนเทศ (Fortinet), ระบบการแจกและควบคุมหมายเลข IP Address (Infoblox), และระบบเครือข่ายสื่อสารข้อมูลของสภากรุงเทพมหานคร อุปกรณ์หลักประกอบด้วย สายเคเบิลใยแก้วนำแสง, อุปกรณ์สลับสัญญาณเครือข่ายหลัก/รอง (Core/Distribution Switch) ยี่ห้อ Alcatel-Lucent, ระบบตู้สาขาโทรศัพท์ (PABX) ยี่ห้อ Alcatel, อุปกรณ์ควบคุมและกระจายสัญญาณไร้สาย (Wireless LAN Controller & AP) ยี่ห้อ Fortinet, เครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า (UPS) และอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บ Log
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) เดือนละครั้ง, ซ่อมแซมแก้ไขข้อขัดข้อง (Corrective Maintenance) ทันทีเมื่อได้รับแจ้ง โดยมีเวลาแก้ไขปัญหาทั่วไปไม่เกิน 6 ชั่วโมง และปัญหาสายใยแก้วไม่เกิน 48 ชั่วโมง พร้อมจัดทีมงานประสานงานและช่างผู้ชำนาญการทำงานเต็มเวลา ตลอดอายุสัญญา 12 เดือน (1 ต.ค. 2568 - 30 ก.ย. 2569)
The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) is seeking a contractor for the maintenance of signal cables and network management equipment to ensure the continuous, efficient, and stable operation of its data communication and telephone networks connecting various departments, district offices, and affiliated hospitals. The project budget is 20,527,780 THB.
The scope of work involves comprehensive maintenance for a wide range of network equipment from multiple projects. This includes fiber optic cables, core/distribution switches (Alcatel-Lucent), telephone exchange systems (PABX - Alcatel), network security and access control devices (Fortinet), IP Address management systems (Infoblox), and the data network system for the BMA Council. Other key equipment includes wireless LAN controllers & access points (Fortinet), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and log storage devices.
The contractor’s responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance (PM) monthly, and corrective maintenance (CM) immediately upon fault notification, with strict resolution deadlines (e.g., 6 hours for general issues, 48 hours for fiber optic cable breaks). The contractor must also provide a dedicated coordination team and full-time expert technicians for the entire 12-month contract period (1 Oct 2025 - 30 Sep 2026).
