รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สํานักงานอัยการสูงสุดมีโครงการจ้างบริการบํารุงรักษาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศหลัก โดยมุ่งเน้นที่ระบบเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายแบบ Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) พร้อมด้วยอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง เช่น ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูล (SAN Storage), อุปกรณ์สวิตช์เครือข่าย รวมถึงซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ซอฟต์แวร์จัดการฐานข้อมูล Oracle Database และซอฟต์แวร์จัดการเครื่องเสมือน (VMWare) โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทํางานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ ป้องกันความเสียหายที่กระทบต่อการปฏิบัติงาน ตลอดจนสามารถรับแจ้งและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
ขอบเขตงานที่ผู้รับจ้างต้องดําเนินการครอบคลุมการให้บริการตรวจสอบ บํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ซ่อมแซมและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับระบบ HCI อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง และซอฟต์แวร์ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทําแผนการทํางาน แผนบํารุงรักษา แผนปฏิบัติงานและประสานงาน พร้อมคู่มือปฏิบัติ และแผนระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการ (Service Level Agreement - SLA) ซึ่งต้องเสนอขอความเห็นชอบภายใน 15 วันหลังจากลงนามสัญญา ผู้รับจ้างยังต้องจัดทํารายงานสรุปผลการดําเนินงานประจําเดือนซึ่งมีรายละเอียดการรับแจ้งปัญหา สาเหตุ วิธีการแก้ไข และการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุรากเหง้า (Root Cause Analysis) เพื่อนําส่งภายในวันที่ 10 ของเดือนถัดไป
The Office of the Attorney General is seeking a contractor for the maintenance, repair, and corrective services for its Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) server system, including peripheral equipment and related software. The project aims to ensure the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of the core IT infrastructure. The scope of work includes inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for the HCI system, network devices, and associated software (e.g., Oracle Database, VMWare).
Key deliverables involve the development and submission of comprehensive work plans, preventive maintenance schedules, operational procedures, manuals, and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for approval within 15 days of contract signing. The contractor is also required to provide monthly performance reports detailing incident logs, root cause analyses, resolution steps, and compliance with the SLA, to be submitted by the 10th of the following month.
