โครงการนี้เป็นระยะที่ 2 ของการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศและปัญญาประดิษฐ์สําหรับกองทุนพัฒนาการกีฬาแห่งชาติ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขยายความสามารถของระบบเดิม (ระยะที่ 1) ให้ครอบคลุมการพิจารณาคําขอรับการสนับสนุนประเภทที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะเพิ่มเติม 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ เงินรางวัล ทุนการศึกษา และสวัสดิการ ทําให้กระบวนการพิจารณาทุกประเภทของกองทุนฯ เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน มีความเที่ยงตรง และรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังมุ่งพัฒนาระบบให้สามารถรวบรวมและประมวลผลข้อมูลคําขอสนับสนุนในภาพรวม เพื่อใช้วิเคราะห์และสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจจัดสรรงบประมาณประจําปีได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและแม่นยํา (Proactive Budgeting) รวมถึงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของระบบ AI ให้สามารถทํางานร่วมกับระบบใหม่และให้คําแนะนําการกรอกข้อมูลได้ ระบบที่พัฒนาต้องทํางานร่วมกับระบบเดิมได้อย่างราบรื่น (Seamless Integration) สร้างประสบการณ์ใช้งานที่ดีให้กับผู้ขอรับการสนับสนุนและเจ้าหน้าที่
This project is Phase 2 of the development of an information system and artificial intelligence (AI) for the National Sports Development Fund. The objective is to extend the capabilities of the existing system (Phase 1) to cover the evaluation of three additional, specific types of support requests: awards, scholarships, and welfare benefits. This will standardize, increase accuracy, and speed up the evaluation process for all request types. Furthermore, the project aims to develop a system capable of aggregating and processing all support request data holistically to analyze and support annual budget allocation decisions effectively and precisely (Proactive Budgeting). It also seeks to enhance the AI system’s efficiency to work with the new modules and provide guidance for filling out new request types. The developed system must seamlessly integrate with the existing system, providing a good user experience for applicants and fund staff.
