รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบสารสนเทศบริหารงานโรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้า (PMK-HMS) ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) สำหรับระบบงานย่อยที่สำคัญจำนวน 26 ระบบ อาทิ ระบบงานเภสัชกรรม ระบบงานเวชระเบียนผู้ป่วยนอก/ใน ระบบงานหอผู้ป่วย ระบบงานการเงิน และระบบงานสนับสนุนหน่วยตรวจโรคออนไลน์ เป็นต้น
ขอบเขตงานหลักได้แก่ การตรวจสอบ ปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหา การดูแลความปลอดภัยของระบบ การให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคตลอดสัญญา ตลอดจนการพัฒนาโปรแกรมและฟอร์มงาน (Oracle Form/Report) เพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎระเบียบหรือความต้องการใหม่ๆ ของโรงพยาบาล ไม่เกิน 10 รายการต่อเดือน
ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้ในระบบ PMK-HMS มาประจำที่ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ของโรงพยาบาล (Onsite) เป็นจำนวน 1 คน ไม่น้อยกว่า 7 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน และ 5 วันทำการต่อสัปดาห์ พร้อมบริการสนับสนุนนอกเวลาราชการผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 12 เดือน (365 วัน) นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีการชำระเงินเป็นงวดรายเดือนเท่าๆ กัน รวม 12 งวด
This project aims to outsource the maintenance of the Phramongkutklao Hospital Information Management System (PMK-HMS) for a period of one year (365 days) with a budget of approximately 3.22 million THB. The contractor is responsible for providing both preventive and corrective maintenance for all 26 core hospital subsystems, including pharmacy, inpatient/outpatient medical records, ward management, finance, and online clinic support systems.
Key responsibilities include system monitoring, troubleshooting, security maintenance, ongoing technical consultation and support, as well as developing and modifying Oracle Forms and Reports to accommodate new regulations or hospital requirements (up to 10 items per month).
The contractor must assign one onsite expert, proficient in the PMK-HMS system, to work at the hospital’s computer center for at least 7 hours a day, 5 days a week, with after-hours support available via various channels. The project duration is 12 months from the contract signing date, with equal monthly payments divided into 12 installments.
