สถาบันส่งเสริมศิลปหัตถกรรมไทย (องค์การมหาชน) เปิดโครงการจ้างผลิตวิดีโอเพื่อใช้เป็นสื่อประกอบในนิทรรศการเฉลิมฉลองโอกาสครบรอบ 170 ปี แห่งความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างประเทศไทยและสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส งานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อดึงดูดความสนใจของผู้เข้าชม สร้างความเข้าใจลึกซึ้งในเนื้อหาที่จัดแสดง เผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ด้านศิลปหัตถกรรมไทย และเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์ของวัฒนธรรมไทยในฐานะพลังทางการทูตสู่ระดับนานาชาติ
ขอบเขตงานหลักแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วนใหญ่ๆ คือ 1) งานวางแผนและเตรียมการผลิต ซึ่งผู้รับจ้างต้องนำเสนอแผนดำเนินงานโดยละเอียด แนวคิด (Concept) รูปแบบการเล่าเรื่อง โครงเรื่อง และทีมงานที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน 2) งานผลิตวิดีโอจริงจำนวน 5 กลุ่มเรื่อง ได้แก่ วิดีโอเกี่ยวกับ “ความสัมพันธ์ไทย-ฝรั่งเศส” ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 3 นาที, วิดีโอ “ชุดไทยพระราชนิยม” ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 4 นาที, วิดีโอสาธิตกระบวนการผลิตงานศิลปหัตถกรรม 5 ศาสตร์ จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ชิ้น (ชิ้นละไม่น้อยกว่า 1 นาที), วิดีโอองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ “ผ้าไทย” และ “ไหมไทย” รวมถึงการผลิตวิดีโอคลิปจากพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์ วิดีโอทุกชิ้นต้องผลิตด้วยเทคนิคดิจิทัลที่ทันสมัย คุณภาพความละเอียดสูง Full HDTV พร้อมองค์ประกอบกราฟิกที่เหมาะสม และต้องผ่านการเห็นชอบจากผู้ว่าจ้างในทุกขั้นตอนการผลิต
The Thai Crafts Promotion Institute (Public Organization) is seeking a contractor to produce high-quality video content for an exhibition celebrating the 170th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and France. The project aims to attract visitors, deepen their understanding of the exhibits, disseminate knowledge about Thai crafts, and enhance the image of Thai culture as a form of cultural diplomacy on the international stage.
The core scope of work is divided into two main parts: 1) Planning and pre-production, where the contractor must submit a detailed work plan, concept, storytelling approach, storyline, and a team with specific expertise. 2) Actual video production of 5 thematic groups: a video on “Thai-French Relations” (minimum 3 minutes), a video on “Royal Thai Costumes” (minimum 4 minutes), demonstration videos on the production process of 5 craft disciplines (minimum 3 clips, each at least 1 minute long), informational videos on “Thai Fabrics” and “Thai Silk,” and a video clip created from royal portrait magazine covers. All videos must be produced using modern digital techniques in Full HDTV quality with appropriate graphic elements, and each production stage requires approval from the project owner.
