โรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้ามีความประสงค์จ้างเหมาบริการปรนนิบัติบำรุงรักษาระบบ Cloud Computing เป็นระยะเวลา 12 เดือน (365 วัน) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบคลาวด์ซึ่งเป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานหลักของระบบ Mobile Application และ Telemedicine (Smart Hospital Application Project) ของโรงพยาบาล สามารถให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และมีความปลอดภัยสูงสุด
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการเป็นผู้ให้บริการหรือจัดหาผู้ให้บริการระบบคลาวด์ที่มีศูนย์ข้อมูล (Data Center) ตั้งอยู่ในประเทศไทยอย่างน้อย 3 แห่ง ซึ่งต้องได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานสากลหลายฉบับ เช่น ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301 และ CSA-STAR ผู้รับจ้างต้องดูแลบำรุงรักษา Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) ซึ่งรวมถึง Storage, Network, Server, และ Virtualization ให้พร้อมใช้งานตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง พร้อมให้บริการระดับ SLA ไม่ต่ำกว่า 99.90% ต่อเดือน
ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดเตรียมและดูแลเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายเสมือน (Virtual Machine) ตามข้อกำหนดที่ระบุไว้ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยเซิร์ฟเวอร์สำหรับ Production จำนวน 5 ชุด (Application, Database, Active Directory) และเซิร์ฟเวอร์สำหรับทดสอบอีก 2 ชุด พร้อมพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลที่เพียงพอ นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีระบบสำรองข้อมูล (Backup) รายวัน ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย (Firewall, Anti-Virus) และช่องทางให้บริการสนับสนุนแบบ 24x7
Phramongkutklao Hospital is seeking bids for a one-year (365 days) maintenance and support service contract for its Cloud Computing system. The project aims to ensure the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of the cloud infrastructure that supports the hospital’s Mobile Application and Telemedicine system (Smart Hospital Application Project).
The core scope of work involves acting as a cloud service provider or sourcing a certified provider with data centers located within Thailand (minimum of 3 sites). The service must adhere to high international standards including ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, and CSA-STAR. The contractor is responsible for maintaining the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) components—Storage, Network, Server, and Virtualization—to ensure 24/7 availability with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of at least 99.90% monthly.
Key deliverables include provisioning and managing specified Virtual Machines (VMs) for both production (5 servers: Application, Database, Active Directory) and testing environments (2 servers), along with sufficient storage. The contractor must also implement daily data backup procedures, robust security measures (firewall, anti-virus), and provide 24/7 support channels.
