โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดงานประเพณี “พระนครคีรี-เมืองเพชร” ครั้งที่ 39 ประจำปี 2569 ซึ่งจัดโดยที่ทำการปกครองจังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาพลุสำหรับการแสดงพลุดังในค่ำคืนของงาน มีขอบเขตงานหลักคือการจัดหาพลุสีสองขนาด ได้แก่ ขนาด 4 นิ้ว จำนวน 3,310 นัด และขนาด 1 นิ้ว จำนวน 1,710 นัด รวมทั้งสิ้น 5,020 นัด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการจัดหาพลุที่ได้มาตรฐาน พร้อมทั้งดำเนินการติดตั้งและจุดพลุ ณ สถานที่ 3 จุด บนพระนครคีรี (เขาวัง) ตลอดระยะเวลา 10 คืน ระหว่างวันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ ถึง 1 มีนาคม 2569 ส่งมอบการแสดงพลุที่สมบูรณ์และปลอดภัยตามกำหนดเวลา งบประมาณโครงการที่ได้รับการจัดสรรคือ 1,295,300 บาท โดยเป็นค่าจ้างเหมาครบวงจรสำหรับการจัดหาพลุ ติดตั้ง และจุด
This project is part of organizing the 39th annual “Phra Nakhon Khiri - Mueang Phet” festival, managed by the Phetchaburi Provincial Administration Office. The objective is to procure fireworks for nightly displays during the event. The primary scope of work involves supplying two sizes of colored fireworks: 4-inch shells (3,310 rounds) and 1-inch shells (1,710 rounds), totaling 5,020 rounds. The contractor is responsible for supplying standard-compliant fireworks, as well as their installation and firing at 3 locations on Phra Nakhon Khiri (Khao Wang) over 10 nights, from February 20 to March 1, 2026. The project must deliver a complete and safe fireworks display on schedule. The allocated project budget is 1,295,300 Baht, which is a lump-sum fee covering supply, installation, and firing.
