กรมการขนส่งทางบกเปิดประมูลงานบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมเครื่องพิมพ์ Passbook สำหรับหน่วยงานทั่วประเทศ (ส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค) เป็นระยะเวลา 5 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน ถึง 31 สิงหาคม 2569 โดยมีงบประมาณกลาง 3,500,000 บาท
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดูแลรักษาเครื่องพิมพ์ Passbook จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 1,708 เครื่อง ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 2 รุ่นหลัก ได้แก่ เครื่องพิมพ์ยี่ห้อ Compuprint รุ่น SP40Plus จำนวน 1,191 เครื่อง และยี่ห้อ Epson รุ่น PLQ-50 Plus จำนวน 517 เครื่อง ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพและลดระยะเวลาหยุดทำงานของระบบ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) ตามรอบที่กำหนด และการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (CM) เมื่อเกิดปัญหา รวมถึงการบริหารโครงการโดยต้องมีหัวหน้าโครงการ (Project Manager) การจัดทำแผนกิจกรรม การติดสติกเกอร์ระบุข้อมูลบนอุปกรณ์ทุกเครื่อง การจัดหาเครื่องสำรอง และการจัดส่งรายงานสรุปการปฏิบัติงานรายเดือนทั้งในส่วน PM และ CM อย่างละเอียด ผู้รับจ้างต้องได้รับการสนับสนุนอะไหล่จากบริษัทผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนประจำประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นทางการ
The Department of Land Transport (DLT) is seeking a contractor for the maintenance and repair service of Passbook printers used nationwide (central and regional offices) for a period of 5 months, from April 1 to August 31, 2026, with a median budget of 3,500,000 THB.
The project aims to ensure the optimal operation of a total of 1,708 Passbook printers, comprising two main models: 1,191 units of Compuprint SP40Plus and 517 units of Epson PLQ-50 Plus.
The scope of work includes scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for breakdowns. The contractor is responsible for project management, including appointing a Project Manager, developing an activity plan, affixing detailed information stickers on all equipment, providing backup printers, and submitting comprehensive monthly PM and CM reports. The contractor must also have official spare parts support from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors in Thailand.
