สำนักงานปรมาณูเพื่อสันติ (ปส.) เปิดการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างเพื่อจ้างบำรุงรักษาระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานศูนย์ข้อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบเครือข่ายทั้งหมดของหน่วยงานเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี (365 วัน) ภายใต้งบประมาณ 2,000,000 บาท งานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบมีความปลอดภัย ใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่อง และมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) จำนวน 4 ครั้ง และการบริการแก้ไขข้อขัดข้อง (Corrective Maintenance) ตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายทั้งระบบแบบมีสาย (LAN) ในอาคาร 1, 4, 10, 18 และอาคาร 60 ปี, ระบบเครือข่ายไร้สาย (WIFI) ในอาคาร 60 ปี, ระบบทั้งหมดภายในห้อง Data Center ชั้น 5 (เช่น UPS, ระบบดับเพลิง, ระบบปรับอากาศ Precision Air, ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย CCTV/Access Control) รวมถึงระบบเคเบิลใยแก้วนำแสงระหว่างอาคาร นอกจากนี้ ยังมีงานติดตั้งสายสัญญาณเครือข่าย UTP CAT6 ใหม่เพิ่มเติมได้ไม่เกิน 40 จุด ตามที่ ปส. กำหนด
ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดส่งรายงานการบำรุงรักษาอย่างสมบูรณ์ และมีข้อกำหนดพิเศษสำหรับผู้ยื่นเสนอราคา อาทิ ต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์หลักบางรายการ (เช่น Aruba, NAF, Climaveneta) และต้องแสดงประสบการณ์บำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายและเครือข่ายย้อนหลังไม่เกิน 5 ปี
The Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP) is procuring a maintenance service for its entire computer data center infrastructure and network systems for a period of 1 year (365 days) under a budget of 2,000,000 THB. The project aims to ensure system security, continuity, and operational efficiency. It encompasses Preventive Maintenance (PM) 4 times and Corrective Maintenance (CM) service throughout the contract period.
The primary scope of work includes the maintenance of wired network (LAN) systems in Buildings 1, 4, 10, 18, and 60-Year Building; wireless network (Wi-Fi) systems in the 60-Year Building; all systems within the Data Center on the 5th floor (including UPS, fire suppression, Precision Air Conditioning, CCTV/Access Control security systems); and the inter-building fiber optic cable systems. Additionally, there is work to install new UTP CAT6 network cabling for up to 40 additional points as specified by OAP.
The contractor must submit comprehensive maintenance reports. There are specific requirements for bidders, such as being an authorized distributor for key products (e.g., Aruba, NAF, Climaveneta) and demonstrating relevant experience in server and network system maintenance from projects completed within the past 5 years.
