รายละเอียดการจ้าง
กรมการพัฒนาชุมชน โดยศูนย์สารสนเทศเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชน มีความประสงค์จ้างเหมาบริการดำเนินโครงการระบบสนับสนุนศูนย์ควบคุมระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ (Server and Control Room) ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่ศูนย์ราชการเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษา อาคารรัฐประศาสนภักดี (อาคาร B) ชั้น 5 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยของอุปกรณ์แม่ข่ายและข้อมูล สร้างความเชื่อมั่นในการใช้งาน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการระบบทรัพยากรคอมพิวเตอร์ของกรม
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือ การสำรวจสถานที่ จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการ (Action Plan) และดำเนินการดูแล บำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ซ่อมแซมแก้ไข รวมถึงทดแทนอะไหล่ที่ชำรุดให้กับระบบสนับสนุนทั้งหมด 11 ระบบภายในศูนย์ฯ เป็นประจำทุกเดือน ตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา 365 วัน โดยระบบที่ต้องดูแลครอบคลุม ระบบปรับอากาศควบคุมความชื้นอัตโนมัติ (STULZ), ระบบแจ้งเตือนและดับเพลิงอัตโนมัติ (Fike), ระบบสำรองไฟฟ้าอัตโนมัติ (Blueline), ระบบตรวจจับควันความไวสูง (Stratos), ระบบตรวจจับน้ำรั่วอัตโนมัติ (Water Sent), ระบบแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติ (Picobox), ระบบควบคุมการเข้าออกประตู (ธนาบุตร), ระบบไฟฉุกเฉิน (Sunny), ระบบกล้อง CCTV (ACTI), ระบบไฟฟ้าภายในศูนย์ฯ และระบบทำความสะอาด Data Center (Cleaning Data Center)
ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดส่งแผนตรวจเช็คระบบและรายชื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนเริ่มงานทุกครั้ง พร้อมให้บริการปรึกษา แนะนำ และวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ตลอดจนรายงานผลการดำเนินงานให้กรมทราบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
The Department of Community Development (DCD) is inviting bids for the “Server and Control Room Support System Project”. This is a one-year maintenance service contract for the Data Center located at the Government Complex Commemorating His Majesty the King’s 80th Birthday Anniversary, Building B, 5th Floor. The primary objectives are to ensure the security of server equipment and data, enhance system reliability, and improve the efficiency of managing the DCD’s computer resources.
The core scope of work involves site survey, action plan development, and the execution of preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts for all 11 supporting systems within the Data Center on a monthly basis throughout the 365-day contract period. Systems to be maintained include: Precision Air Conditioning (STULZ), Fire Alarm and Suppression System (Fike), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS - Blueline), Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA - Stratos), Water Leak Detection System (Water Sent), Alarm Notification System (Picobox), Access Control System (ธนาบุตร), Emergency Lighting (Sunny), CCTV System (ACTI), Internal Electrical System, and Data Center Cleaning System.
The contractor is required to submit system inspection plans and staff lists before each service visit, provide consultation and problem analysis, and regularly report operational results to the DCD.
