กรมการพัฒนาชุมชน เปิดประมูลจ้างเหมาดำเนิน “โครงการการจัดงาน OTOP To The World” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและเผยแพร่ผลิตภัณฑ์ OTOP ให้เป็นที่รู้จักในวงกว้างทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ในโอกาสที่มีการจัดการแข่งขันจักรยานยนต์ทางเรียบชิงแชมป์โลก MotoGP 2024 ระหว่างวันที่ 25-27 ตุลาคม 2567 ณ สนามช้างอินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล เซอร์กิต จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ซึ่งจะมีผู้ชมทั้งชาวไทยและต่างชาติจำนวนมาก
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบริหารจัดการงานแสดงและจำหน่ายสินค้า OTOP อย่างครบวงจร เริ่มตั้งแต่การจัดทำแนวคิดการจัดงาน (Concept) แผนดำเนินงานและกลยุทธ์ภาพรวม การออกแบบและจัดเตรียมสถานที่ชั่วคราวภายนอกอาคาร รวมถึงการก่อสร้างและตกแต่งคูหาแสดงสินค้าไม่น้อยกว่า 200 คูหา ติดตั้งเต็นท์สำหรับพื้นที่จัดงาน พื้นที่เก็บสินค้า ห้องทำงาน และห้องประกอบอาหาร ติดตั้งระบบเครื่องปรับอากาศขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 350 ตัน พร้อมทั้งระบบสาธารณูปโภคและระบบระบายน้ำ รวมถึงการจัดทำซุ้มทางเข้าและจุดถ่ายภาพที่สวยงามให้สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดการจัดงาน
ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีความรับผิดชอบในการควบคุม บริหารจัดการ และดำเนินการทั้งหมดในนามของกรมการพัฒนาชุมชน เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ในการเพิ่มช่องทางการตลาดและรายได้ให้กับผู้ผลิต OTOP
The Community Development Department (CDD) is inviting bids for the “OTOP To The World Project Organizer” contract. The objective is to promote and publicize OTOP (One Tambon One Product) products to a wider domestic and international audience, leveraging the opportunity presented by the MotoGP World Championship 2024, scheduled for October 25-27, 2024, at the Chang International Circuit in Buriram Province, which is expected to draw a large number of Thai and foreign spectators.
The scope of work encompasses the comprehensive management of the OTOP product exhibition and sales event. This includes developing the event concept, overall operational plan and strategy, designing and preparing the temporary outdoor venue, constructing and decorating no less than 200 product exhibition booths, installing tents for the event area, storage, staff offices, and food preparation areas, installing an air conditioning system with a capacity of no less than 350 tons, as well as providing utilities and drainage systems. The contractor is also responsible for constructing an attractive entrance arch and photo spot aligned with the event theme.
The winning contractor will be fully responsible for controlling, managing, and executing all operations on behalf of the CDD to achieve the project’s goals of expanding market channels and increasing income for OTOP producers.
