สถาบันโรคผิวหนังประกาศประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) สำหรับโครงการจ้างต่ออายุสิทธิ์การใช้งานโปรแกรมจัดการสำนักงานที่มีลิขสิทธิ์ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 190 ชุด เป็นระยะเวลา 12 เดือน โดยมีราคากลาง 817,000 บาท และวงเงินในการจ้างสูงสุด 855,000 บาท
โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาซอฟต์แวร์สำนักงานที่ถูกกฎหมายสำหรับสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของสถาบันฯ ให้มีความสะดวกรวดเร็ว และเพื่อให้บุคลากรสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาสิทธิ์ใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ซึ่งอนุญาตให้ผู้ใช้หนึ่งคนติดตั้งใช้งานได้บนอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 5 เครื่อง พร้อมพื้นที่กล่องจดหมายไม่น้อยกว่า 50 GB ต่อคน และพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนตัว 1 TB ต่อคน นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีบริการจัดการประชุมออนไลน์ บริการทำแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ และการบริหารจัดการผู้ใช้งานผ่านระบบ Admin Center โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาสิทธิ์ใช้งานชั่วคราวเพื่อให้การใช้งานต่อเนื่องได้ก่อนการเปิดใช้งานจริง และต้องดำเนินการรวมลายเส้นทั้งหมด 190 ลายเส้นให้อยู่ในระบบบริหารจัดการเดียวกันของสถาบันฯ
การพิจารณาผู้ชนะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องยื่นข้อเสนอผ่านระบบ e-GP ภายในวันที่ 16 มกราคม 2569 และต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขคุณสมบัติผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอที่กำหนดไว้อย่างครบถ้วน
The Institute of Dermatology is announcing an electronic bidding (e-bidding) project to hire a contractor for the renewal of licensed office suite software usage rights. The project involves 190 licenses for a period of 12 months. The median price is 817,000 THB, with a maximum contracting budget of 855,000 THB.
The main objectives are to procure legal office software to support the institute’s operations efficiently and to ensure staff have continuous, effective access to the software tools.
The scope of work includes providing software licenses that allow one user to install and use the suite on up to 5 devices, with a minimum mailbox capacity of 50 GB per user and 1 TB of personal storage per user. The service must also include online meeting management, online survey tools, and user administration via an Admin Center. The contractor must provide temporary licenses to ensure uninterrupted service before the actual activation and must consolidate all 190 licenses into the institute’s single management system.
The winner will be selected based on the lowest price. Bidders must submit their proposals via the e-GP system by January 16, 2027, and must fully meet all specified bidder qualification requirements.
