รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สํานักงานคณะกรรมการอ้อยและน้ําตาลทราย มีความประสงค์จะจ้างบริการบํารุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบสารสนเทศประจําปีงบประมาณ 2569 ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อให้ระบบเครือข่ายสารสนเทศซึ่งเป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสําคัญในการสนับสนุนภารกิจของสํานักงานมีความพร้อมใช้งาน มีเสถียรภาพ และปลอดภัย
ขอบเขตการดําเนินงานครอบคลุมการบํารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่ายและคอมพิวเตอร์ทั้งหมดของสํานักงาน ซึ่งประกอบด้วยอุปกรณ์จํานวนมาก เช่น Switch (Cisco, HP), เครื่องแม่ข่ายและ Virtual Machines หลากหลายบทบาท (Mail Server, Web Server, Database Server, App Server, Domain Controller), อุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัย (Firewall FortiGate, WAF FortiWeb), อุปกรณ์บริหารจัดการแบนด์วิธ (Sangfor), อุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูล (Qnap, HP, NetApp) และระบบเครือข่ายไร้สาย พร้อมทั้งอุปกรณ์สํารองสําหรับกรณีชํารุดเสียหาย
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ในการบํารุงรักษา ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการเชื่อมต่อและความปลอดภัย ดําเนินการสํารองข้อมูล เฝ้าระวังและวิเคราะห์การทํางานของระบบที่ผิดปกติ จัดทําแผนและทะเบียนประวัติอุปกรณ์ รวมถึงจัดฝึกอบรมทักษะด้าน IT ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ของสํานักงาน เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงต่อการหยุดชะงักของการปฏิบัติงานและสนับสนุนภารกิจของสํานักงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
The Office of the Cane and Sugar Board (OCSB) intends to hire services for the maintenance of its computer and information systems for the fiscal year 2026 via electronic bidding (e-bidding). The objective is to ensure the stability, continuous availability, and security of the ICT infrastructure, which is crucial for supporting the agency’s operations.
The scope of work encompasses comprehensive maintenance and repair of all network and computer equipment at OCSB. This includes a wide range of devices such as network switches (Cisco, HP), various physical and virtual servers (Mail, Web, Database, Application, Domain Controller), security appliances (FortiGate Firewall, FortiWeb WAF), bandwidth management devices (Sangfor), data storage systems (Qnap, HP, NetApp), wireless equipment, and backup devices for failure scenarios.
The contractor is responsible for maintenance, performance and security enhancement, data backup, monitoring and analysis of system anomalies, documentation of equipment inventory and lifecycle plans, and providing IT skills training to OCSB staff. The goal is to minimize operational disruption risks and maximize support for the agency’s mission.
