รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้เป็นงานบำรุงรักษาระบบสารสนเทศแบบรวมอะไหล่และค่าแรง (Full Maintenance) สำหรับโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งอุดรธานี เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี (12 เดือน) ภายใต้งบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรร 1,600,000 บาท งานมีขอบเขตกว้างขวางครอบคลุมการดูแลรักษาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศหลักทั้ง 6 ระบบของโรงพยาบาลให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ทันสมัย และปลอดภัย
ระบบที่ต้องบำรุงรักษา ได้แก่ 1) ระบบ ERP หรือระบบ Back Office สำหรับบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรองค์กร 2) ระบบ HIS หรือระบบเวชระเบียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (EMR) 3) ระบบ Tele-Medicine หรือระบบแพทย์ทางไกล 4) ระบบ Smart Queue หรือระบบคิวอัจฉริยะ 5) ระบบ Cloud Service ต่างๆ เช่น LINE OA, Google Workspace, Cloud IoT และ 6) ระบบ Network Computer พร้อมการรับประกัน Hardware
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่บำรุงรักษาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (Infrastructure) ทั้งที่ตั้งอยู่บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ภายในโรงพยาบาลและบนคลาวด์ GDCC, บำรุงรักษาซอฟต์แวร์, ฐานข้อมูล, พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล, นโยบายความปลอดภัย รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหาผู้ใช้งานผ่านช่องทาง Remote Support และต้อง Standby Support ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงไม่เว้นวันหยุด นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องดำเนินการ Preventive Maintenance ทุก 6 เดือน พร้อมส่งรายงาน และพัฒนาระบบให้ทันสมัยตามนโยบายบังคับใช้ของกรมการแพทย์
This project is a comprehensive, full-maintenance (including parts and labor) IT system maintenance service for Udon Thani Cancer Hospital for a period of 1 year (12 months), with an allocated budget of 1,600,000 THB. The scope of work is extensive, covering the upkeep of six core hospital information systems to ensure continuous, modern, and secure operation.
The systems to be maintained include: 1) The ERP or Back Office system for enterprise resource management. 2) The HIS or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. 3) The Tele-Medicine system. 4) The Smart Queue system. 5) Various Cloud Services (e.g., LINE OA, Google Workspace, Cloud IoT). 6) The Network Computer system, including hardware warranty.
The contractor is responsible for maintaining the infrastructure (both on-premises servers and the GDCC cloud), software, databases, storage, security policies, and providing user support via remote channels with 24/7 standby support, including holidays. Additionally, the contractor must perform Preventive Maintenance every 6 months and submit reports, as well as develop and modernize the systems in accordance with the Department of Medical Services’ policies.
