กรมทางหลวง โดยกองทางหลวงพิเศษระหว่างเมือง มีความประสงค์ประกวดราคาจ้างโครงการเปลี่ยนทดแทนและปรับปรุงระบบโทรศัพท์ฉุกเฉิน บนทางหลวงพิเศษหมายเลข 7 ช่วงกิโลเมตรที่ 68+000 ถึงกิโลเมตรที่ 108+000 เนื่องจากระบบโทรศัพท์ฉุกเฉินเดิมมีอายุการใช้งานมากกว่า 10 ปี อุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์ชำรุดเสียหาย ซอฟต์แวร์ไม่เสถียร และไม่รองรับระบบปฏิบัติการรุ่นใหม่ ทำให้ประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารด้อยลง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของระบบโทรศัพท์ฉุกเฉินบนทางหลวงพิเศษ พร้อมทั้งเปลี่ยนทดแทนอุปกรณ์ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและทันสมัยด้วยเทคโนโลยีระบบ VDO CALL เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยแก่ประชาชนผู้ใช้ทาง
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการดำเนินงานปรับปรุงระบบโทรศัพท์ฉุกเฉินพร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบ การตั้งค่าและเชื่อมโยงระบบให้ใช้งานได้สมบูรณ์ครบถ้วน การปรับปรุงตู้โทรศัพท์ฉุกเฉินและจุดเข้า-ออกใช้งานเดิม การสำรวจพื้นที่ติดตั้ง การจัดหาและติดตั้งสายสัญญาณและอุปกรณ์ที่เสื่อมสภาพ การปรับปรุงฐานและพื้นที่ใช้งาน ตลอดจนการเชื่อมต่อระบบใหม่ให้สามารถควบคุมจากศูนย์ควบคุมทางหลวงพิเศษ (ลาดกระบัง) ได้ นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) และการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (CM) ตลอดระยะเวลารับประกันผลงาน 2 ปี
The Department of Highways, by the Inter-City Motorway Division, intends to hire a contractor for the “Replacement and Improvement Project of the Emergency Telephone System on Motorway No. 7, Section Km. 68+000 - Km. 108+000”. This is because the existing Emergency Telephone System (ETS) has been in operation for over 10 years, with deteriorating hardware, obsolete software, and incompatibility with new operating systems, leading to diminished communication effectiveness.
The project objectives are to improve and enhance the efficiency of the emergency telephone system on the motorway and to replace equipment so it can function effectively and modernly using VDO CALL technology for the benefit of road users.
The scope of work includes surveying the installation sites, procuring and installing new hardware and software systems (VDO CALL), improving existing emergency telephone casings and access points, upgrading associated cabling and electrical systems, and integrating the new system with the existing Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) at the Ladkrabang Control Center. The contractor is also responsible for providing preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) throughout the 2-year warranty period after project completion.
