กรมศุลกากรเปิดประมูลจ้างบริการบํารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ภายใต้ “โครงการบริหารจัดการระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อรองรับการให้บริการศุลกากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์” ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 มีวงเงินประมาณการกลาง 1,728,750 บาท ระยะเวลาจ้าง 3 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 9 กุมภาพันธ์ ถึง 30 เมษายน 2569 ระบบนี้มีบทบาทสําคัญในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลสารสนเทศสําหรับระบบงานศุลกากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่างๆ เช่น ระบบ eb-XML (Log Files) ระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และระบบ BackOffice ทําให้การให้บริการผู้นําเข้า/ผู้ส่งออกผ่านระบบ National Single Window (NSW) เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการให้บริการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ตามแผนที่กําหนด การซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) เมื่อเกิดข้อขัดข้อง ตลอดจนการพัฒนา Application Software และการบํารุงรักษา System and Environmental Software ผู้รับจ้างต้องให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงทุกวัน ไม่มีวันหยุด โดยครอบคลุมอุปกรณ์หลัก ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูลแบบภายนอก (External Storage) ยี่ห้อ NetApp รุ่น FAS8200, อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ SAN Switch, เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายแบบ Rack server สําหรับบริหารจัดการอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูล ระบบเครือข่าย สายสื่อสารภายในอาคาร และระบบไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร รวมถึงระบบสนับสนุนเช่น UPS
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดรวมถึงค่าแรงและอะไหล่ (รวมแบตเตอรี่) เพื่อให้ระบบทํางานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ และต้องดําเนินการให้เสร็จสิ้นภายใน 89 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Customs Department is procuring maintenance and repair services for the computer system of the “Information System Management Project to Support Electronic Customs Services” for the fiscal year 2026. The estimated budget is 1,728,750 THB, with a contract period of 3 months, from February 9 to April 30, 2026. This system is crucial for managing information supporting various electronic customs systems, such as eb-XML (Log Files), electronic document systems, and BackOffice systems, ensuring efficient service for importers/exporters through the National Single Window (NSW).
The core scope of work includes scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance for troubleshooting, as well as Application Software development and System/Environmental Software maintenance. The contractor must provide 24/7 support with no holidays. The covered equipment includes external storage devices (NetApp FAS8200), SAN Switches, Rack servers for storage management, internal building network cabling, and electrical systems, including support systems like UPS.
The contractor is responsible for all costs, including labor and spare parts (including batteries), to ensure the system operates at full efficiency. All work must be completed within 89 days from the contract signing date.
