วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ระบบ CCTV และเครือข่ายได้รับการบำรุงรักษาอย่างเต็มที่ตลอดสัญญา สามารถใช้งานได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง มีประสิทธิภาพ และปลอดภัย โดยเน้นการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเป็นประจำ และพร้อมแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษากล้อง CCTV จำนวน 224 ตัว พร้อมด้วยอุปกรณ์หลักอื่นๆ เช่น เครื่องบันทึกภาพ (NVR), เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย, อุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูล (Storage), อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย (PoE Switch), และสายสื่อสาร (Fiber Optic) ใน 9 โครงการที่กระจายตัวทั่วจังหวัด ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีทีมงานที่มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะด้านประจำพื้นที่ พร้อมระบบรับแจ้งเหตุและติดตามงานตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง เพื่อให้การบริการรวดเร็วและคล่องตัวสูงสุด
The Suphan Buri Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) is procuring a maintenance service contract for its Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system and related equipment. This is necessary because 224 out of the total 3,013 cameras installed across 10 districts have passed their warranty period, and the organization lacks sufficient in-house personnel and tools for maintenance. Outsourcing this service aims to ensure continuous, timely operation of the system in line with government policies on cost-effective asset utilization.
The primary objectives are to ensure full maintenance of the CCTV and network systems throughout the contract period, enabling 24/7 operation with high efficiency and security. The focus is on regular preventive maintenance and immediate corrective action during emergencies.
The scope of work includes the maintenance of 224 CCTV cameras along with key ancillary equipment such as Network Video Recorders (NVR), server computers, data storage devices, network equipment (PoE Switches), and communication cables (Fiber Optic) across 9 projects. The service provider must have a qualified technical team stationed locally within Suphan Buri province and operate a 24/7 helpdesk for reporting and tracking issues to ensure rapid and agile service delivery.
