กรมส่งเสริมการเกษตรโดยศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร เปิดโครงการพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารและสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจในงานส่งเสริมการเกษตร ระบบนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อยกระดับการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลภาคการเกษตร (เฉพาะด้านพืช) โดยการสร้างฐานข้อมูลกลางมาตรฐานที่เชื่อถือได้
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบูรณาการข้อมูลจากหลากหลายแหล่ง ได้แก่ ข้อมูลภูมิสารสนเทศ (GIS), ข้อมูลจากเซนเซอร์ IoT, ข้อมูลจากโซเชียลมีเดีย (Social Listening) และข้อมูลราคาสินค้าเกษตรจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าสู่ระบบฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data) ระบบจะประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) และ Machine Learning ในการวิเคราะห์และคาดการณ์ปัจจัยสำคัญต่างๆ เช่น พื้นที่เพาะปลูก เนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยว ปริมาณผลผลิต และแนวโน้มราคา เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์
นอกจากระบบวิเคราะห์แล้ว โครงการยังรวมถึงการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มบริการข้อมูลที่เข้าถึงง่าย สะดวก รวดเร็ว ผ่านช่องทางทั้งเว็บไซต์และอุปกรณ์พกพา สำหรับเกษตรกร ประชาชน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และภาคเอกชน โดยระบบจะรองรับการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลในรูปแบบ Open Data ตามมาตรฐานสากล เพื่อส่งเสริมการนําข้อมูลไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อยอดนวัตกรรมต่อไป
The Department of Agricultural Extension, through its Information and Communication Technology Center, is launching a project to develop an Information System for Management and Decision Support in Agricultural Extension. The system aims to elevate the management of agricultural data (specifically crop production) by creating a standardized, reliable central database.
The scope of work involves integrating data from various sources, including Geographic Information Systems (GIS), IoT sensor data, social media listening data (Social Listening), and agricultural commodity price data from relevant agencies, into a big data system. The system will apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning technologies to analyze and forecast key factors such as cultivation areas, harvest areas, production volumes, and price trends to support strategic decision-making.
In addition to the analytics system, the project includes the development of an accessible, convenient, and fast data service platform via both website and mobile channels for farmers, the public, government agencies, and the private sector. The system will support data publication in Open Data format according to international standards to promote the use of data for further innovation and development.
