คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบริการทัวร์เพื่อดำเนินการโครงการศึกษาดูงานในต่างประเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 หลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการและความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (นานาชาติ) โดยในปีนี้ได้กำหนดให้เดินทางไปยังนครเซี่ยงไฮ้ สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางทางการเงิน การค้าเสรี และนวัตกรรมระดับโลก
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการเป็นผู้รับจ้างจัดบริการทัวร์ศึกษาดูงานแบบครบวงจร เริ่มตั้งแต่การวางแผนและออกแบบโปรแกรมการเดินทางที่สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ทางการศึกษา การประสานงานและจัดการด้าน logistics ต่างๆ เช่น การจองตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับชั้นประหยัด (Economy Class) การจัดหาที่พักในโรงแรมระดับมาตรฐาน (ห้องละ 2 คน) ตลอดจนการจัดรถโค้ชรับ-ส่งและนำเที่ยวตามโปรแกรม การประสานงานกับองค์กรธุรกิจในเซี่ยงไฮ้เพื่อการเข้าศึกษาดูงาน และการจัดการเรื่องวีซ่าเข้าประเทศจีนสำหรับคณะเดินทางทั้งหมด
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้สัมผัสกับสิ่งแวดล้อมทางเศรษฐกิจและความก้าวหน้าทางธุรกิจและเทคโนโลยีของประเทศอื่นในภูมิภาคเอเชีย โดยเฉพาะในฐานะที่เป็นศูนย์กลางระดับโลก การศึกษาดูงานนี้จะช่วยเสริมสร้างโลกทัศน์และพัฒนากระบวนการคิดทางธุรกิจให้ทันกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการแข่งขันในระดับนานาชาติ
The Faculty of Management Sciences, Prince of Songkla University, intends to hire a tour service provider for an overseas study tour project for third-year students of the Bachelor of Business Administration program in Management and Entrepreneurship (International). This year’s destination is Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, a global hub for finance, free trade, and innovation.
The primary scope of work is to act as the contractor providing comprehensive study tour services. This includes planning and designing a travel program aligned with educational objectives, coordinating and managing all logistics such as booking round-trip Economy Class air tickets, arranging standard hotel accommodation (twin sharing), providing coach transportation for transfers and touring according to the itinerary, coordinating with business organizations in Shanghai for study visits, and handling visa applications for all traveling members to enter China.
The project aims to provide students with exposure to the economic environment and advancements in business and technology of another country in the Asian region, particularly a global hub. This study tour is intended to broaden perspectives and develop business thinking processes to keep pace with international changes and competition.
