รายละเอียดการจ้าง
บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ทอท. มีความประสงค์จะจ้างจัดโครงการศึกษาดูงานภายใต้ชื่อ “สานสัมพันธ์ ชุมชนโดยรอบท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ” ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) งบประมาณราคากลางสำหรับงานจ้างครั้งนี้กำหนดไว้ที่ 1,950,000 บาท
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์และความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิกับชุมชนโดยรอบผ่านกิจกรรมศึกษาดูงาน งานที่จ้างครอบคลุมการบริหารจัดการโครงการศึกษาดูงานนอกสถานที่ทั้งหมด โดยผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานทุกด้านเพื่อให้โครงการสำเร็จลุล่วง ภายในระยะเวลาติดต่อกัน 3 วัน 2 คืน ซึ่งจะต้องจัดขึ้นภายในเดือนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2569 หรือตามวันเวลาที่ ทอท. กำหนดในภายหลัง
ขอบเขตงานโดยรวมรวมถึงการจัดเตรียมและบริหารจัดการทุกอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ อาทิ การจัดหาสถานที่ศึกษาดูงานที่เหมาะสม การจัดการเดินทางและยานพาหนะ การจัดเตรียมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มตลอดโครงการ การจัดที่พัก การจัดหาวิทยากรหรือผู้บรรยาย การจัดเตรียมสื่อและอุปกรณ์ประกอบการบรรยายหรือกิจกรรม การจัดกิจกรรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์หรือเวิร์คช็อป การประสานงานกับชุมชนหรือสถานที่ศึกษา การทำประกันภัยสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ การจัดทำเอกสารและสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ รวมถึงการดูแลและอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการทุกขั้นตอน
การประกวดราคาจะพิจารณาตามหลักเกณฑ์ราคา (ราคาต่ำสุด) โดยมีเงื่อนไขเพิ่มเติมเพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอที่เป็นบุคคลไทยหรือนิติบุคคลไทย ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาจะต้องลงนามในสัญญาภายใน 10 วัน พร้อมวางหลักประกันสัญญาร้อยละ 5 ของมูลค่าสัญญา
Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) is inviting electronic bids (e-bidding) for hiring a contractor to organize an educational study tour project named “Building Relationships with Communities around Suvarnabhumi Airport”. The approved estimated budget for this contract is 1,950,000 THB.
The primary objective of this project is to foster relationships and mutual understanding between Suvarnabhumi Airport and its surrounding communities through an organized study tour. The contractor will be responsible for the comprehensive management and execution of an off-site study tour program. The tour must have a consecutive duration of 3 days and 2 nights, to be held within May 2027 or as specified by AOT.
The scope of work encompasses all aspects of project management, including arranging and securing a suitable study tour venue, managing transportation, providing all meals and beverages, arranging accommodation, hiring qualified speakers or lecturers, preparing necessary media and equipment for presentations/activities, organizing group bonding activities or workshops, coordinating with communities or site hosts, obtaining insurance for participants, producing project documents and promotional materials, and providing full logistical support and facilitation for all participants throughout the program.
Bid evaluation will be based on the price criterion (lowest price), with additional conditions to support SMEs and bidders who are Thai individuals or legal entities established under Thai law. The winning bidder must sign the contract within 10 days and provide a contract security deposit of 5% of the contract value.
