สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการแข่งขันทางการค้า (สำนักงาน กขค. หรือ TCCT) เปิดการประกวดราคาจ้างเหมาบริการบำรุงรักษาระบบป้องกันภัยคุกคามด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้วยวิธี e-bidding โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ (Cyber Security) ของระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของหน่วยงาน ให้สามารถรับมือกับภัยคุกคามที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์และระบบป้องกันภัยคุกคามด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารที่มีอยู่เดิม ให้คงสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและมีประสิทธิภาพในการตรวจจับ วิเคราะห์ และรับมือกับภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ที่ซับซ้อน ทั้งจากภายในและภายนอกหน่วยงาน โดยมุ่งให้การดำเนินงานของสำนักงานมีความต่อเนื่อง ปลอดภัย และสามารถตอบสนองต่อเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ได้ทันท่วงที ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการเครือข่ายและการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเป็นระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 365 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีเงื่อนไขการจ่ายเงินแบ่งเป็น 4 งวด งวดละ 25% ของค่าจ้างตามความคืบหน้าและการส่งมอบงานที่กำหนด
The Trade Competition Commission of Thailand (TCCT) is inviting bids for an outsourced maintenance service for its information technology threat prevention system via e-bidding. This project aims to enhance the cybersecurity (Cyber Security) of the agency’s IT systems, ensuring they remain robust and secure against rapidly evolving threats.
The scope of work involves the maintenance and upkeep of existing IT and communication threat prevention equipment and systems. The goal is to maintain their operational efficiency and effectiveness in detecting, analyzing, and responding to complex cyber threats, both internal and external. This ensures the continuity, security, and optimal responsiveness of the TCCT’s operations, while also supporting network management for external services and improving staff productivity.
The contractor will be required to perform maintenance services for a period not exceeding 365 days from the contract signing date. Payment will be made in four installments, each amounting to 25% of the total fee, based on project milestones and deliverables.
