โครงการจัดจ้างระบบนิเวศน์การเรียนรู้ และระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อรองรับการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน (ครั้งที่ 3) จัดทำโดยสำนักเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและสารสนเทศ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาหรือพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัลสำหรับสนับสนุนกระบวนการเรียนการสอน การบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้ และการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ที่ต่อเนื่องและยืดหยุ่น
ขอบเขตงานหลักครอบคลุมการจัดหาหรือพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลหรือซอฟต์แวร์ ซึ่งน่าจะรวมถึงระบบจัดการการเรียนรู้ (LMS) ระบบบริหารเนื้อหา และ/หรือเครื่องมือสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้อื่นๆ ที่สามารถบูรณาการและรองรับผู้ใช้งานจำนวนมากได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ผลงานที่ต้องส่งมอบคือระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่สมบูรณ์ พร้อมติดตั้ง และพร้อมให้บริการ (Turnkey) พร้อมด้วยเอกสารประกอบระบบทั้งหมด เช่น คู่มือการใช้งาน คู่มือผู้ดูแลระบบ เอกสารการออกแบบ และซอร์สโค้ด โดยโครงการมีวงเงินงบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรจำนวน 34,451,400 บาท
The project “Procurement of Learning Ecosystem and Information System for Sustainable Learning Support (Phase 3)” is initiated by the Office of Digital Technology and Information. Its objective is to procure or develop an information technology system that serves as a digital infrastructure to support teaching and learning processes, learning management, and the creation of a continuous and flexible learning environment.
The primary scope of work involves the procurement or development of a digital platform or software, likely including a Learning Management System (LMS), content management system, and/or other learning support tools capable of efficient integration and supporting a large number of users.
The key deliverables are a complete, installed, and operational (Turnkey) information technology system, accompanied by all system documentation such as user manuals, administrator guides, design documents, and source code. The project has an approved budget of 34,451,400 THB.
