สถาบันอุทยานการเรียนรู้ (สอร.) หรือ TKPark มีโครงการจัดจ้างพัฒนาบทเรียนออนไลน์สำหรับปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมหนังสือของไทย ซึ่งกำลังเผชิญกับความท้าทายจากพฤติกรรมการอ่านที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดทำหลักสูตรออนไลน์ที่เสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการดำเนินธุรกิจในยุคดิจิทัล โดยเฉพาะด้านการตลาดดิจิทัล การบริหารจัดการลิขสิทธิ์และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา การนำเทคโนโลยีมาปรับใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตและจัดจำหน่าย ตลอดจนการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการจัดทำบทเรียนออนไลน์คุณภาพสูงจำนวน 5 หลักสูตร ได้แก่ 1) การพัฒนาทักษะนักขายลิขสิทธิ์วรรณกรรมไทยสู่ตลาดสากล 2) การปรับกลยุทธ์ยกระดับธุรกิจให้ทันยุคดิจิทัลสำหรับผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจสำนักพิมพ์ 3) บทบาทของบรรณาธิการในการตีพิมพ์กับสำนักพิมพ์ต่างประเทศ 4) การบริหารจัดการร้านหนังสืออิสระ และ 5) การเขียนและเผยแพร่นิยายในแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ให้มีคุณภาพ แต่ละหลักสูตรมีกำหนดความยาวขั้นต่ำรวมกันไม่น้อยกว่า 850 นาที
ผลงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจะต้องเป็นบทเรียนออนไลน์ที่สมบูรณ์ พร้อมสำหรับการเผยแพร่ให้กับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ซึ่งประกอบด้วยบุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมหนังสือทั่วประเทศ เพื่อช่วยให้พวกเขาปรับตัวและสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับธุรกิจได้ในยุคดิจิทัล
The Thailand Knowledge Park (TK Park) Institute is seeking a contractor to develop online learning courses for the fiscal year 2026, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of entrepreneurs in Thailand’s book industry. The industry faces challenges from changing reading habits, digital technology, and copyright infringement.
The main objective of this project is to create online courses that provide essential knowledge and skills for operating in the digital age, focusing on digital marketing, copyright and intellectual property management, applying technology in production and distribution, and building collaborative networks.
The core scope of work is the development of 5 high-quality online courses: 1) Developing Skills for Selling Thai Literary Rights to the International Market, 2) Adjusting Strategies to Elevate Publishing Businesses for the Digital Era, 3) The Role of Editors in Publishing with Foreign Publishers, 4) Managing Independent Bookstores, and 5) Writing and Publishing Quality Novels on Online Platforms. Each course has a specified minimum duration, with a total combined length of no less than 850 minutes.
The final deliverables will be complete, ready-to-publish online lessons intended for personnel across the book industry in Thailand, helping them adapt and build sustainable businesses in the digital era.
