กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมืองต้องการพัฒนาระบบเครือข่ายสื่อสารข้อมูลภายในองค์กรและอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อให้บริการที่ต่อเนื่อง มีเสถียรภาพ และปลอดภัยสำหรับบุคลากรในหน่วยงานส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการซ่อมแซม ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ป้องกันความปลอดภัยเครือข่าย ระบบพิสูจน์ตัวตนผู้ใช้บริการ และระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์ให้สอดคล้องกับ พ.ร.บ. คอมพิวเตอร์และประกาศกระทรวงที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมพื้นที่ให้บริการทั้งส่วนกลาง (กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมือง ถนนพระรามที่ 6 และ พระราม 9) และส่วนภูมิภาค (สำนักงานจังหวัด 67 แห่ง) งานหลักประกอบด้วย: 1) การให้บริการเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตและ VPN เชื่อมโยงผ่านเทคโนโลยี SD-WAN และ NGFW พร้อมติดตั้งวงจรสื่อสาร Fiber Optic (MPLS/Leased Line) ความเร็วไม่ต่ำกว่า 200/200 Mbps ที่ส่วนกลาง และ FTTx Business Package ความเร็วไม่ต่ำกว่า 1000/500 Mbps ที่ส่วนภูมิภาค 2) การพัฒนาและดูแลระบบพิสูจน์ตัวตนผู้ใช้บริการเครือข่าย (Authentication Systems) และระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลจราจรให้ทำงานต่อเนื่อง รองรับการเชื่อมโยงกับระบบ SSO ของกรม และจัดฝึกอบรมการบริหารจัดการระบบ 3) งานบำรุงรักษาป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) 2 ครั้งตลอดโครงการ 4) งานซ่อมแซมแก้ไขปัญหาอุปกรณ์และบริการโดยมีเวลาตอบสนองภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง และแก้ไขให้ปกติภายใน 2 วัน และ 5) การต่ออายุลิขสิทธิ์ (License/Subscription) สำหรับอุปกรณ์ในโครงการเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี
The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning aims to develop and maintain its internal data communication and internet network to ensure continuous, stable, and secure services for personnel in both central and regional offices. The main objectives are to repair, enhance efficiency, and maintain network security devices, user authentication systems, and computer traffic data storage systems in compliance with the Computer Crime Act and related ministerial regulations.
The scope of work covers service areas in the central office (located on Rama VI and Rama IX Roads) and 67 regional provincial offices. Key tasks include: 1) Providing internet and VPN network services interconnected via SD-WAN and NGFW technology, along with installing Fiber Optic communication circuits (MPLS/Leased Line) with a minimum speed of 200/200 Mbps at the central office and FTTx Business Package with a minimum speed of 1000/500 Mbps at regional offices. 2) Developing and maintaining the network user authentication system and traffic data storage system for continuous operation, supporting integration with the department’s SSO system, and providing system management training. 3) Performing preventive maintenance twice throughout the project. 4) Repairing and troubleshooting equipment and services with a response time within 4 hours and resolution within 2 days. 5) Renewing licenses/subscriptions for project equipment for a period of at least 1 year.
