กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมืองมีแผนจัดจ้างโครงการบํารุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่าย เพื่อให้บริการข้อมูลสารสนเทศและระบบเครือข่ายภายในหน่วยงานมีความต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเฉพาะการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็วไม่ให้ส่งผลกระทบต่อการปฏิบัติงานหลัก โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการดูแลอุปกรณ์สองระบบหลัก คือ ระบบจัดการเครือข่าย (DDI - DNS, DHCP, IPAM) และระบบสํารองข้อมูล
ขอบเขตการดําเนินงานครอบคลุมหลายด้าน ได้แก่ (1) งานบํารุงรักษา (Preventive Maintenance) จํานวน 3 ครั้งตามช่วงเวลาที่กําหนด โดยมีการตรวจสอบสภาพแวดล้อมการทํางาน ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพอุปกรณ์ สํารองข้อมูลการตั้งค่า ทําความสะอาด และจัดทําคู่มือตรวจสอบเบื้องต้น (2) งานซ่อมแซม (Fixed Problem) ด้วยบริการแก้ไขปัญหาภายใน 4 ชั่วโมงหลังจากได้รับแจ้ง และซ่อมให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 1 วัน โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาอะไหล่ทดแทนหรืออุปกรณ์สํารองชั่วคราวหากจําเป็น (3) การบริหารจัดการระบบ ซึ่งรวมถึงการต่ออายุลิขสิทธิ์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และการสนับสนุน (Support) ของอุปกรณ์ให้ถูกต้องจนถึงสิ้นเดือนธันวาคม 2569, การบริหารจัดการและปรับเปลี่ยนการตั้งค่าระบบ DDI, การตั้งค่าและจัดการระบบสํารองข้อมูล พร้อมจัดส่งรายงานผลประจําสัปดาห์/เดือน และ (4) การจัดฝึกอบรม การบริหารจัดการระบบ DDI ให้เจ้าหน้าที่กรมฯ จํานวนไม่น้อยกว่า 3 คน เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ชั่วโมง พร้อมมอบคู่มือดิจิทัล
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานเป็น 3 งวดตามกําหนดเวลา พร้อมเอกสารประกอบต่าง ๆ เช่น แผนดําเนินงาน, รายงานการให้บริการ, คู่มือตรวจสอบ, หลักฐานการต่ออายุลิขสิทธิ์, และ Configuration file ของอุปกรณ์
The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning intends to hire a contractor for the Network Equipment Maintenance Project. The goal is to ensure the continuity, efficiency, and security of the department’s information services and internal network, particularly by preventing and rapidly resolving issues that could impact core operations. The project focuses on maintaining two key systems: the network management system (DDI - DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and the backup system.
The scope of work includes: (1) Preventive Maintenance three times at specified intervals, involving inspection of the operating environment, checking equipment performance, backing up configuration data, cleaning, and creating basic troubleshooting manuals. (2) Fixed Problem Repair with a service level agreement to begin analysis within 4 hours of notification and complete repairs within 1 day. The contractor must provide replacement parts or temporary backup equipment if necessary. (3) System Management, which includes renewing equipment licenses, software, and support subscriptions until at least the end of December 2026; managing and adjusting DDI system settings; configuring and managing the backup system with weekly/monthly reporting. (4) Training on DDI system management for at least 3 department staff members for no less than 3 hours, along with providing a digital manual.
The contractor must deliver work in 3 phases according to the schedule, accompanied by various documents such as work plans, service reports, inspection manuals, license renewal evidence, and equipment configuration files.
