โครงการจ้างบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบงานโครงสร้างพื้นฐานศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์สำรองของ กฟผ. เป็นสัญญาจ้างบริการระยะยาว 4 ปี เพื่อดูแลรักษาสภาพการทำงานของระบบสาธารณูปโภคและความปลอดภัยทั้งหมดภายในศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์สำรอง ตั้งอยู่นอกสำนักงานใหญ่ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ระบบมีความมั่นคงปลอดภัย สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และพร้อมให้บริการแบบ 24 ชั่วโมง ทุกวัน (24x7) ตลอดอายุสัญญา
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาตามแผน (Preventive Maintenance) ทุก 3 เดือน และการซ่อมแซมแก้ไขฉุกเฉิน สำหรับระบบทั้งหมด ได้แก่ ระบบไฟฟ้าศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์, ระบบปรับอากาศชนิดควบคุมอุณหภูมิและความชื้น (Precision Air) ยี่ห้อ STULZ 5 เครื่อง, ระบบปรับอากาศแบบแยกส่วน, ระบบตรวจจับน้ำรั่วซึม (Water Sense), ระบบแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติ (Tele alarm), ระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า (Generator) ยี่ห้อ Cummins ขนาด 315 KVA, และระบบแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้และดับเพลิงอัตโนมัติ (Notifier) การบริการรวมค่าแรง ค่าอะไหล่ (ยกเว้นสารดับเพลิงก๊าซไนโตรเจน) ค่ายานพาหนะ และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ทั้งหมด
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดทำแผนงาน แจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้า ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ ทดสอบ ทำความสะอาด เปลี่ยนอะไหล่ตามอายุการใช้งาน (เช่น น้ำมันเครื่อง, แบตเตอรี่, กรองอากาศ) และรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานทุกงวด พร้อมรับผิดชอบซ่อมแซมฉุกเฉินภายในกรอบเวลาที่กำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยมีบทปรับหากปฏิบัติงานล่าช้าหรือระบบขัดข้องเกินเกณฑ์ที่คำนวณได้
The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) is seeking a contractor for a comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) service for the entire infrastructure system at its Backup Data Center, located outside the headquarters in Phitsanulok Province. The contract period is 4 years, from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2030.
The project aims to ensure the continuous, secure, and reliable 24/7 operation of all critical facility systems. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance every 3 months and corrective/emergency repair services for all listed systems. These systems encompass the computer center’s electrical system, 5 units of STULZ Precision Air Conditioning units, split-type air conditioners, a Water Sense water leakage detection system, a Tele alarm environmental monitoring system, a Cummins 315 KVA Generator set, and a Notifier fire alarm and suppression system. The service is all-inclusive, covering labor, spare parts (except fire suppression nitrogen gas), transportation, and other related costs.
The contractor is responsible for creating maintenance plans, providing advance notices, performing inspections, testing, cleaning, replacing consumables per manufacturer schedules (e.g., engine oil, batteries, air filters), and submitting detailed periodic reports. Strict response and repair timeframes for emergencies are mandated, with penalty clauses for delays or system downtime exceeding calculated thresholds.
