สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับและส่งเสริมการประกอบธุรกิจประกันภัย (คปภ.) เปิดประมูลจ้างเหมาบริการเพื่อต่ออายุสิทธิ์การใช้ลิขสิทธิ์และรับการสนับสนุน (Software Assurance) สำหรับระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server เป็นระยะเวลา 3 ปี (ปี 2569-2571) โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ฐานข้อมูลกลางของสำนักงานซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางข้อมูลประกันภัย มีความพร้อมเพียงพอ รองรับการทำงานของระบบสารสนเทศได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และได้รับการบำรุงรักษา แก้ไขปัญหาจากเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมบริการที่ครบวงจร เริ่มตั้งแต่การเสนอแผนบำรุงรักษา การตั้งค่าและปรับแต่งระบบบน Virtual Server ที่กำหนด การยกระดับ (Upgrade) เวอร์ชันฐานข้อมูลจากปัจจุบัน (version 2012) เป็นเวอร์ชัน 2019 หรือตามที่คปภ. กำหนด รวมถึงการโอนย้ายข้อมูล (Migration) และการปรับจูนประสิทธิภาพ (Performance Tuning) ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำคู่มือการตั้งค่าระบบในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และจัดฝึกอบรมให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลระบบของคปภ. อย่างน้อย 2 ท่าน ตลอดระยะเวลาดำเนินโครงการต้องมีการดูแลบำรุงรักษาระบบฐานข้อมูลทั้งที่ศูนย์สารสนเทศหลักและศูนย์สำรองให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
The Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) is inviting bids for a service contract to renew the software licensing rights and support (Software Assurance) for the Microsoft SQL Server database management system for the fiscal years 2026-2028 (BE 2569-2571). The primary objective is to ensure the sufficiency and efficiency of the OIC’s central insurance database, which supports various information systems, by securing licensed software with professional maintenance and troubleshooting support from the product owner.
The scope of work includes comprehensive services: proposing a preventive maintenance plan, configuring and setting up the database system on designated Virtual Servers, upgrading the database version from the current 2012 to 2019 (or as specified), potential data migration, performance tuning, and delivering electronic configuration manuals. The contractor is also required to provide training for at least two of the OIC’s system administrators. Throughout the contract period, maintenance and support must be provided for the database systems at both the primary and backup data centers to ensure optimal performance and availability.
