รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้หน่วยงานในสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครที่อยู่นอกเส้นทางเครือข่ายสื่อสารข้อมูลหลัก (Backbone) สามารถเชื่อมต่อและใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศจากส่วนกลางได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานและการให้บริการประชาชน
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการให้บริการวงจรสื่อสัญญาณและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายครบวงจร โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การเชื่อมต่อวงจรสื่อสัญญาณหลัก (Core) ระหว่างผู้ให้บริการกับกองโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์) ด้วยวงจร Leased Line ความเร็วไม่น้อยกว่า 10 Gbps จำนวน 2 วงจร (หลักและสำรอง) พร้อมอุปกรณ์เชื่อมโยงเครือข่าย และ 2) การเชื่อมต่อวงจรสื่อสัญญาณไปยังหน่วยงานปลายทางกว่า 600 แห่ง ซึ่งครอบคลุมโรงเรียน ศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุข สวนสาธารณะ ศูนย์กีฬา โรงพยาบาล หน่วยงานให้บริการประชาชน และสถานีดับเพลิง โดยวงจรส่วนนี้เป็น MPLS Leased Line ความเร็วไม่น้อยกว่า 30/10 Mbps ต่อแห่ง
ผู้ให้บริการต้องจัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายที่จำเป็นทั้งหมด อาทิ อุปกรณ์เชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายหลัก อุปกรณ์ SD-WAN สำหรับศูนย์กลาง อุปกรณ์เชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายและ Access Point สำหรับแต่ละหน่วยงานปลายทาง ซอฟต์แวร์จัดการเครือข่ายไร้สาย และระบบควบคุมดูแล VPN ส่วนกลาง นอกจากนี้ยังต้องให้บริการบำรุงรักษา แก้ไขปัญหาตลอด 24 ชม. จัดหาระบบแจ้งเตือนและระบบบริหารจัดการเครือข่าย (NMS) พร้อมจอแสดงผล รวมถึงบริการสนับสนุนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตสาธารณะสำหรับงานพิธีการสำคัญของกรุงเทพมหานคร
This project aims to enable Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) subsidiary agencies located outside the main data communication network (backbone) route to connect and utilize central information systems efficiently, supporting their operations and public services.
The core scope of work involves providing leased line circuit services and installing a complete suite of network equipment. This is divided into two main parts: 1) Establishing core circuit connections between the service provider and the Digital Technology Infrastructure Division (Computer Center) with a minimum of two 10 Gbps leased lines (primary and backup), along with core networking equipment. 2) Connecting MPLS leased line circuits to over 600 end-user agencies, including schools, public health centers, public parks, sports centers, hospitals, public service units, and fire stations. Each location requires a circuit with a minimum speed of 30/10 Mbps.
The service provider must supply and install all necessary network equipment, such as core routers, central SD-WAN devices, branch routers/Wi-Fi access points for each end-site, wireless network management software, and a central VPN management system. Additionally, the provider is responsible for 24/7 maintenance and troubleshooting, providing alerting systems and a Network Management System (NMS) with a display monitor, as well as supporting public internet network services for BMA’s official ceremonies and events.
