รายละเอียดการจ้าง
กรมศุลกากรมีเป้าหมายในการจัดหาผู้รับจ้างเพื่อให้บริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์การประมวลผล และระบบเครือข่ายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ “โครงการเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง (โครงการใหญ่)” โครงการนี้มีขอบเขตกว้างขวางครอบคลุมการดูแลระบบไอทีทั้งหมดของกรมศุลกากร ทั้งในส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาคทั่วประเทศ เพื่อรองรับการให้บริการระบบงานศุลกากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบไร้เอกสารที่สำคัญ อาทิ ระบบ e-Customs, ระบบ National Single Window (NSW), ระบบ e-Express, และระบบ Tracking ต่าง ๆ ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และมีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทุกวัน
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และการซ่อมแซมแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนทดแทนฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ทั้งหมด ครอบคลุมหลายโครงการย่อย (ตั้งแต่โครงการที่ 53 ถึง 217) ซึ่งรวมถึงระบบที่ติดตั้งตามด่านศุลกากรและสำนักงานต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศ เช่น ด่านแม่สายแห่งที่ 2 ด่านสุไหงโก-ลก ด่านอรัญประเทศ ด่านเชียงแสนแห่งใหม่ ด่านหนองคาย และสายสื่อสาร Fiber Optic ตามจุดชายแดนต่าง ๆ
บริการที่ต้องให้รวมถึงการดูแลเครื่องเซิร์ฟเวอร์, เครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์และโน๊ตบุ๊ค, อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย (Router, Switch), ระบบสายสัญญาณและไฟฟ้า, ระบบความปลอดภัย (Firewall, IDS/IDP, Anti-Virus Appliance), อุปกรณ์สนับสนุน (เครื่องพิมพ์, สแกนเนอร์, UPS) รวมถึงซอฟต์แวร์ระบบปฏิบัติการ, แอนตี้ไวรัส, และแอปพลิเคชันซอฟต์แวร์ต่าง ๆ
The Customs Department aims to procure a contractor for comprehensive maintenance and repair services for computer systems, processing equipment, and networks associated with the “Microcomputer and Peripheral Equipment Project (Major Project).” This project has an extensive scope covering the entire IT infrastructure of the Customs Department, both at headquarters and regional offices nationwide. The goal is to support critical paperless electronic customs service systems such as e-Customs, National Single Window (NSW), e-Express, and various tracking systems, ensuring 24/7 operational continuity, efficiency, and security.
The scope of work includes preventive maintenance and corrective repair or replacement of all hardware and software. It encompasses numerous sub-projects (from Project 53 to 217) involving systems installed at various customs checkpoints and offices across the country, such as Mae Sai Checkpoint No.2, Su-ngai Kolok Checkpoint, Aranyaprathet Checkpoint, the new Chiang Saen Checkpoint, Nong Khai Checkpoint, and Fiber Optic communication lines at various border areas.
Required services include maintenance of servers, microcomputers and notebooks, network equipment (routers, switches), cabling and electrical systems, security systems (firewalls, IDS/IDP, anti-virus appliances), support equipment (printers, scanners, UPS), as well as operating system software, anti-virus software, and various application software.
