รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดโดยสำนักงานอัยการคุ้มครองสิทธิและช่วยเหลือทางกฎหมายและการบังคับคดีจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นผู้รับมอบอำนาจ จัดทำโครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบห้องประชุมอัจฉริยะ (Smart Meeting) สำหรับหน่วยงานในสังกัดสำนักงานคุ้มครองสิทธิและช่วยเหลือทางกฎหมายทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 121 แห่ง วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากร และอำนวยความสะดวกในการให้บริการประชาชนด้านกฎหมายผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ โดยเฉพาะการไกล่เกลี่ย ประนอมข้อพิพาท และการไต่สวนพยานทางไกล ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับนโยบายการพัฒนาองค์กรดิจิทัล
ขอบเขตของงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหา อุปกรณ์ครุภัณฑ์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและระบบประชุมทางไกลครบชุด จำนวน 20 รายการหลัก อาทิ กล้องประชุมทางไกล เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ All-in-One เครื่องพิมพ์ เครื่องสแกนเนอร์ โทรทัศน์ Smart TV ระบบเสียงประชุม (ไมโครโฟน, Mixer, ลำโพง) อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และอุปกรณ์เสริมอื่นๆ พร้อมด้วยบริการติดตั้งระบบ งานเดินสายสัญญาณ (LAN, ภาพ, เสียง, ไฟฟ้า) และงานตกแต่งสถานที่ (แขวนทีวี, เก็บฝ้า) ณ สถานที่ใช้งานจริง 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ สำนักงานอัยการคุ้มครองสิทธิฯ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และสาขาฮอด และสาขาฝาง
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องจัดส่งและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดให้ครบถ้วน ณ 3 สถานที่ดังกล่าว พร้อมให้บริการรับประกันคุณภาพอุปกรณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี ในลักษณะ On-site Service รวมถึงค่าอะไหล่และค่าแรง โดยต้องมีช่องทางติดต่อแก้ไขปัญหาเป็นภาษาไทยตลอดอายุประกัน
The Office of the Attorney General, through the Chiang Mai Office of Rights Protection, Legal Assistance, and Legal Execution (as the authorized agency), is procuring equipment to develop Smart Meeting systems for 121 offices under the Rights Protection and Legal Assistance Department nationwide. The objective is to enhance staff efficiency and facilitate online legal services for the public, particularly in mediation, dispute reconciliation, and remote witness examination, aligning with the digital organization development policy.
The scope of work involves supplying a complete set of IT equipment and teleconferencing systems, comprising 20 main items such as PTZ video conference cameras, All-in-One computers, printers, scanners, Smart TVs, conference audio systems (microphones, mixer, speakers), networking devices, and other accessories. It also includes installation services, cabling (LAN, audio, video, power), and site preparation work (TV mounting, ceiling work) at 3 specified locations: the Chiang Mai Office and its branches in Hod and Fang.
The winning bidder must deliver and install all equipment completely at these 3 locations and provide a minimum 2-year warranty with On-site Service, covering parts and labor. A Thai-language support channel must be available throughout the warranty period.
