สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ส.) เปิดประกวดราคาจ้างดำเนินโครงการ “วิ่งด้วยรัก ฮักด้วยใจ (Recovery Run)” พร้อมเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมผ่านสื่อหลากหลายช่องทาง เป้าหมายหลักของโครงการคือการรณรงค์ส่งเสริมการตระหนักรู้และสร้างความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการฟื้นฟูผู้พ้นโทษ (Recovery) ให้สามารถกลับคืนสู่สังคมได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ รวมถึงการส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนเป็นพื้นที่ปลอดภัยและเป็นมิตร (Recovery-Friendly Community) ผ่านกิจกรรมการวิ่งที่มีการผสมผสานทั้งรูปแบบออนไลน์ (Online Run) และการจำลองประสบการณ์เสมือนจริง (Immersive Run) ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในทุกกระบวนการ เริ่มตั้งแต่การออกแบบแนวคิดและรูปแบบกิจกรรม การจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงานและสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ (คลิปวีดิโอ, สื่อกราฟิก) การพัฒนาและจัดการระบบลงทะเบียนผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (E-BIB, E-Certificate) การจัดหาและจัดการอุปกรณ์การแข่งขัน (เช่น เสื้อ หมายเลข Bib) การดำเนินการจัดการแข่งขันทั้งแบบออนไลน์และ Immersive Run รวมถึงการจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลโครงการหลังการดำเนินงานแล้วเสร็จ โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณราคากลาง 4,793,600 บาท และกำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินงานไม่เกิน 150 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB) is inviting bids for the contract of the “Run with Love, Heart with Care (Recovery Run)” project, including public relations and media dissemination for the activity. The main objective of the project is to raise awareness and promote correct understanding about the recovery process for ex-offenders, enabling their successful reintegration into society, and fostering safe and friendly communities (Recovery-Friendly Community). This will be achieved through a running event that combines online (Online Run) and immersive virtual experience (Immersive Run) formats. The contractor is responsible for the entire process, including conceptualizing and designing the event format, creating work plans and PR materials (videos, graphics), developing and managing the participant registration system (E-BIB, E-Certificate), sourcing and managing race equipment (e.g., shirts, Bib numbers), executing both the online and immersive run events, and submitting a final project summary report. The project has an estimated budget of 4,793,600 THB, with a completion timeline not exceeding 150 days from the contract signing date.
