โครงการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเครื่องมือแสดงผลข้อมูลดิจิทัลที่ทันสมัย (Data Visualization Tools) เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเชิงนโยบายและกลยุทธ์สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาของประเทศ โดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยี Business Intelligence (BI) และ Big Data Analytics
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนาเครื่องมือ BI และระบบแสดงผลข้อมูล (Dashboard) แบบเรียลไทม์สำหรับผู้บริหาร 2) การออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบ Big Data Analytics และสถาปัตยกรรมฐานข้อมูลกลาง 3) การจ้างวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึก 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ การท่องเที่ยว กีฬา และผลกระทบเชิงเศรษฐกิจ/การพยากรณ์เชิงกลยุทธ์ 4) การจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และจัดกิจกรรมเผยแพร่ผลงาน 4 ภูมิภาค 5) การบริการฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน และ 6) การจัดหาครุภัณฑ์เซิร์ฟเวอร์และพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล (SAN Storage)
โครงการกำหนดให้ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหานักวิจัยร่วมโครงการ (ปริญญาเอก 4 คน, โท 4 คน, ตรี 5 คน) ซึ่งเป็นพนักงานประจำของบริษัท เพื่อให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคนิค และต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 270 วัน โดยมีการส่งมอบงานและจ่ายเงินเป็น 4 งวด
This research project aims to develop modern digital data visualization tools to support policy and strategic decision-making for the country’s tourism and sports industries, utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) and Big Data Analytics technologies.
The main scope of work includes: 1) Development of BI tools and real-time executive dashboards. 2) Design and development of Big Data Analytics systems and a central database architecture. 3) Hiring for in-depth data analysis in three areas: tourism, sports, and economic impact/strategic forecasting. 4) Production of public relations materials and organization of result dissemination events in 4 regions. 5) User training services, and 6) Procurement of server equipment and data storage (SAN Storage).
The contractor is required to provide co-researchers (4 Ph.D., 4 Master’s, 5 Bachelor’s degrees) who are permanent company employees for technical consultation. The project must be completed within 270 days, with work delivery and payments divided into 4 phases.
