การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) มีความประสงค์จ้างงานบริหารจัดการข้อมูลและอุปกรณ์ภาคสนามพร้อมเครือข่ายสื่อสาร ในพื้นที่เฝ้าระวังน้ำสูญเสียสำหรับพื้นที่บริการภาค 2 และ 3 ได้แก่ สำนักงานประปาสาขาพญาไท แม้นศรี ลาดพร้าว ประชาชื่น บางเขน มีนบุรี สุวรรณภูมิ และรวมถึงสำนักงานประปาสาขาทุ่งมหาเมฆ วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ระบบตรวจสอบและเฝ้าระวังน้ำสูญเสีย ซึ่งประกอบด้วยอุปกรณ์ภาคสนามจำนวนมากและระบบสื่อสาร สามารถทำงานร่วมกับระบบควบคุมและรับส่งข้อมูลระยะไกล (SCADA) และระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อบริหารจัดการน้ำสูญเสีย (WLMA) ของ กปน. ได้อย่างสมบูรณ์และมีประสิทธิภาพตลอดอายุสัญญา

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) is inviting bids for the contract to manage field data, field equipment, and communication networks in the Non-Revenue Water (NRW) monitoring areas for Service Regions 2 and 3, including the Thung Maha Mek branch office. The primary objective is to ensure the complete and efficient operation of the NRW monitoring and surveillance system. This system comprises numerous field devices and communication networks that must integrate seamlessly with MWA’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and Water Loss Management Application (WLMA) throughout the contract period.
The core scope of work includes preventive and corrective maintenance for all field equipment, such as Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), pressure transmitters, cellular routers, power supplies, electrical protection systems, field enclosures, and related electrical wiring. The contractor is responsible for establishing real-time data communication links to the SCADA system and daily data downloads to the WLMA system. Additional duties encompass preparing various operational reports, repair logs, and monthly performance summaries. The contractor must also provide qualified personnel, necessary testing tools, and a laptop computer with licensed software for MWA’s supervising officers to monitor and control the work for the contract’s entire duration.
