การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย (กทพ.) เปิดประกวดราคางานจ้างซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ระบบตรวจจับป้ายทะเบียนรถยนต์อัตโนมัติ (Automatic License Plate Recognition - ALPR) บนทางพิเศษฉลองรัช เป็นระยะเวลา 18 เดือน (มีนาคม 2569 - กันยายน 2570) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบ ALPR ซึ่งใช้ระบุข้อมูลรถยนต์เพื่อการติดตามผู้ฝ่าฝืนด่านเก็บค่าผ่านทางและพัฒนาสู่ระบบ Single Lane Free Flow (SLFF) สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ถูกต้อง มีเสถียรภาพ และสามารถบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ทั้งหมด 16 จุด ซึ่งรวมถึงด่านเก็บค่าผ่านทาง 16 ด่าน อาคารศูนย์ควบคุมทางพิเศษฉลองรัช (CCB3) และอาคารศูนย์บริหาร กทพ. โดยมีอุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์หลัก เช่น กล้อง CCTV, Infrared, Media Switch, Server, Storage, Workstation กระจายอยู่กว่า 78 จุดติดตั้งกล้อง งานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) จะดำเนินการทุก 3 เดือน ในขณะที่งานบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (CM) จะต้องตอบสนองและแก้ไขปัญหาภายในเวลาที่กำหนด (ภายใน 12-72 ชั่วโมงหลังได้รับแจ้ง) ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ผู้รับจ้างยังมีหน้าที่ทดสอบความแม่นยำของระบบทุก 6 เดือน ให้คำปรึกษาด้านฐานข้อมูล (DBA) และจัดทำรายงานสรุปประจำงวดงาน พร้อมจัดเตรียมกล้องสำรองไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ตัวสำหรับใช้ทดแทนกรณีฉุกเฉิน
The Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) is inviting bids for the repair and maintenance of the Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) system on the Chalerm Ratchamongkhon Expressway for an 18-month period (March 2026 - September 2027). The objective is to ensure the continuous, accurate, stable, and efficient operation of the ALPR system, which is crucial for identifying vehicles that evade toll collection and for developing the Single Lane Free Flow (SLFF) system.
The scope of work covers preventive and corrective maintenance of ALPR hardware and software across 16 toll plaza locations, the Expressway Control Center Building (CCB3), and the EXAT administration building. This includes maintaining key hardware components such as CCTV cameras, infrared sensors, media switches, servers, storage, and workstations at over 78 camera installation points. Preventive maintenance (PM) is required every 3 months, while corrective maintenance (CM) must be performed within strict timeframes (12-72 hours after notification) and be available 24/7. The contractor is also responsible for conducting accuracy tests every 6 months, providing database administration (DBA) consultation, preparing periodic reports, and keeping at least 5 spare CCTV cameras for emergency replacement.
