โครงการมหกรรมกีฬา กิจกรรม ดนตรี ศิลปวัฒนธรรม และประติมากรรมเพชรสมุทรคีรี เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวนานาชาติ เป็นโครงการภายใต้กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางตอนล่าง 2 (เพชรสมุทรคีรี) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยจังหวัดเพชรบุรี สมุทรสาคร สมุทรสงคราม และประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยมีงบประมาณ 3,157,000 บาท โครงการนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อสร้างจุดแข็งและมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับการท่องเที่ยวของกลุ่มจังหวัด ผ่านการต่อยอดทุนทางวัฒนธรรม (Soft Power) และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่มีอยู่
วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือการสร้างสรรค์ประสบการณ์ท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่ลึกซึ้งและเป็นเอกลักษณ์สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งไทยและต่างชาติ โดยใช้ดนตรี ศิลปวัฒนธรรม และประติมากรรมท้องถิ่นเป็นเครื่องมือหลัก นอกจากนี้ยังมุ่งสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนท้องถิ่น เปิดโอกาสให้ศิลปินในพื้นที่ได้แสดงผลงาน และส่งเสริมให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และความเข้าใจในวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นผ่านกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติ (Hands-on Experience) อันจะนำไปสู่การสร้างรายได้ที่ยั่งยืนให้กับชุมชนและการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรวัฒนธรรมต่อไป
The International Cultural, Artistic and Craft Project of Phetsamut-Kiri is a project under the Lower Central Region 2 Province Group (Phetsamut-Kiri), comprising Phetchaburi, Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram, and Prachuap Khiri Khan provinces, with a budget of 3,157,000 THB. The project aims to enhance the tourism competitiveness and value of the province group by leveraging local cultural resources (Soft Power) and distinctive natural assets.
The primary objective is to create a unique and profound cultural tourism experience for both domestic and international visitors, using local music, cultural arts, and sculptures as key tools. It also aims to foster community participation, provide a platform for local artists to showcase their work, and promote learning and understanding of local culture through hands-on activities. This approach is expected to generate sustainable income for the communities and contribute to the preservation of cultural resources.
