ประกวดราคาจ้างเหมาดำเนินกิจกรรมการเชื่อมโยงตลาดและสร้างโอกาสทางการค้าในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ และการเพิ่มมูลค่าการค้าชายแดนภาคเหนือ ภายใต้โครงการเชื่อมโยงการค้าอนุภูมิภาคเพื่อพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานรากอย่างมั่นคงภาคเหนือ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙

Chiang Rai Province is inviting bids for a contractor to carry out market linkage activities and create trade opportunities in the special economic zone, as well as to enhance the value of cross-border trade in the Northern region. This is under the Sub-regional Trade Linkage Project for Stable Grassroots Economic Development in the North for the fiscal year 2026, using the electronic bidding (e-bidding) method. The approved budget for this project is 7,648,600 Baht.

The project aims to promote and develop trade potential in the special economic zone and northern border areas, establish trade networks, and strengthen grassroots economic stability. The scope of work includes market linkage and trade opportunity creation activities as specified in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR). The winning contractor must complete all activities within 120 days from the contract signing date. The bid evaluation will use the price and other criteria method, with a weight of 30% for price and 70% for technical or other proposals.
